Food was good as usual although I wish they’d cook my wings a little longer but the service needs a little help. My total was $ 16.50 I gave them $ 20.50 I got $ 3.50 back… Simple math guys. Then I asked no coleslaw double fries and of course we got coleslaw and a few fries but other than that it was yummy

I think this is probably the third or fourth review I’ve left for Zaxby’s(at different locations). I couldn’t believe the reviews for this location. I feel bad that they received bad service or the food was not good. I usually go to the one close to Fort Gordon/heading towards Evans/Gordon Hwy. My parents and I dined in on a Friday evening. Our food came out quick and fresh. The cashier was not too friendly, but our meals were delicious. We get the same order all the time –Big Zax Snack or the Platter. You can’t beat the pricing for $ 6.29+. I only eat this twice a year,(reside in Cincinnati) so having Zaxby’s is a true treat. Especially their signature Zax sauce! Very addicting! Zaxby’s, You never do me wrong! I’ll always love you!!!

After recently locating to the area, we visited this location… as it was suggested over and over and over and over to the hubster and I as a suitable or even far superior alternative to Raising Canes(chicken. Finger GREATNESS), which we loved and miss Louisana for… But I digress, anywho, visited this joint on a rainy Sunday afternoon, 2:32 pm to be precise… scoped out the menu… low prices were pretty awesome. Not much variety on the flavors of wings… we ordered 2 of the 20 piece deals(boneless mild and traditional bone in teryaki). would only let us get ONE flavor of wings. .most places include 2 choices with more than 10 wings… anywho. we also ordered the«large» fries and the«basket of toast»… got home and we LESS than impressed.. Mediocre all the way around.. And to top it all off, husband and I both encountered food poisoning within 6 hours of eating. from the roota and the toota… it was no holds barred. .went back and inspected the boneless wings and discovered they were not cooked to completion. .YUCKIES…I email corporate to inform them of the little mishap. .maybe they were to swamped and someone was careless that day… maybe that is the norm and people here just accept as much. we never heard a peep back from them. not even an auto reply confirming they received our email… oh well… life and chicken moves on.. needless to say. we are not fans and will not be back…

The locals apparently love this place… but as a non-local I wasn’t that impressed. Sure the portions are huge for the price, but the chicken wasn’t anything different than what I make in my own kitchen with seasoned salt and flour.

I never had a problem with the service here. Always fast and friendly. It’s a zaxbys, so once you tried one you tried them all. I go to this one due to the proximity to my house. My favorite is the wings and things with sweet and sour wings. The grilled house salad is also real good.

My favorite is the blackened blue salad. It’s fantastic when you tell them how to make it otherwise, prepare for your salad to be a watered down mess. Service is mediocre but that’s bc there are a bunch of young people working there. Overall if they take their time preparing the food right I’d love it more.

I really like this place. Their chicken and sauces are amazing! I recently moved to the area and hadn’t had Zaxbys before then. This location is conveniently(or not so conveniently for my waistline) located on my way to and from work every day. Once you eat boneless wings here you’ll see how hard it is to drive by without pulling in to the drive-through lol. What I like about their boneless wings is that they aren’t super salty like Chick-fil-a or McDonalds and they still have a nice little crunch even when drenched in their mouth watering sauces. Their hot and spicy was so good I decided to try each and every other option; In moderation of course: o) In about a month I successfully tasted the«hot and spicy» sauce, who am I joking I bought that the first two weeks because it was so good lol. When I was finally able to rip myself away from the same old thing I finally ordered the«honey mustard»(party in my mouth! lol) then the«wimpy» sauce(nice little spice with a hint of sweet) and finally had to stop at «tongue torch»(my freaking mouth was on FIRE) I’m Mexican and eat darn near everything with a lot of hot sauce so there was no doubt in my mind that I’d be able to try all of the hot sauces but there are like 2 – 4 more levels of hotness and sadly, I’m not feeling up to the job… You see I don’t like to waste food and if the first«xxx hot» wing I eat melts my taste buds off and I have to feed the other four wings to a garbage can because id never be able to taste anything again I’d feel really bad about that :-/ ***BRIGHTIDEA! Feed the rest to my family and not tell them what it is :-) I might do this and draft a separate review just for the super hot sauces… Anyway, now to service. The wait in the drive-through is a little longer than you’d typically see at McDonalds, KFC, or Popeyes but its well worth it. In situations like this I’m just thankful I have an iPhone and surf my time away on the web. The employees who take your order sound really friendly when they take your order, call you ma’am and all that other junk but aren’t quite as friendly when you pull up to the window(maybe its just something about my face). When I give someone my business I like them to smile and be nice. Did I order a million things today? No… Just my little five wings of goodness… Do I come here frequently and order a little often? Yeah! Lol love my chicken gotta have some chicken! Smile for me baby As for the other guy who wrote a review about how he waited in the lobby, complained about the one employee working, and then said he’d never go back because of the«racism» he witnessed, cut them some slack. Every business has their good days and bad days. Maybe someone called in sick? Maybe 5 people called in sick? Maybe someone was in the restroom! Employees have to do that sometimes ya know… I’m sure that this«one employee» was working as hard as he could. Or maybe he was intentionally making you wait because you were mean to him? As for the extra sauce charge maybe the one who didn’t charge didn’t know he was supposed to charge? He could have realized his mistake after he did it? New employee? Maybe the other employee was so busy they forgot to charge? Or maybe the second customer was a repeat multiple sauce offender so they charge this person? They could have already given that customer free sauces. Any way, all I’m getting at is don’t let one bad experience prevent you from going back somewhere. I typically give each place of business three chances. If by the third time I’m not getting good service then I’m out of there. Calling the managers is always a good way to give your feedback too. Anyway, sweet and spicy honey mustard!!! I want to order 20 pieces and eat my heart out lol

I know that Zaxbys will be a wait and the food at this location was good but I had an experience that will prevent me from going back. There was only 1 person running the front register and he was very slow at his job and I got the feeling that it was being done on purpose. I was there 2÷17÷13 and around 710 pm(give or take 5 minutes) I was upset by what I saw. I saw a lady ask for extra sauces and she was given them without having to pay. Another gentlemen came up for a sauce and they charged him. I was standing right there and the only difference between the two is their race. That is an unacceptable practice and the people should be fired.
