Had to deposit check from the work location so I looked up a bunch of PNCs in the area. The first one was closed down for some reason an this was my plan B.
I’m glad the first one was shut down because this has got to be the friendliest PNC that I’ve ever been in. The layout of the branch was a little weird at first due to the fact that they’re trying a new layout, by all banks are the same. What separated this from others was the service.
Everyone was really friendly. Friendly in a way like I felt it was my birthday and I was a regular there for like 10 years. I was in and out in less than five minutes.
Nobody reads bank reviews, but the service was so nice I had to share.

It’s becoming rarer for me to need a brick & mortar bank. Everything is on line these days; at least for me. However, every once and a while you need to be face-​to-​face with a human. This branch location is near where I work so it’s easy to stop by for lunch.
This place has great humans! Recently I visited and had a chance to interact with Rula Rahmani. Her professionalism and social skills were amazing. It’s been my experience that this is typical with PNC employees which is one of the reasons I’ve stayed with them for many years.
