There is always people here running out the store stealing. When ever I come in there is new employees and they never seem to know what they are doing. Photo machine is always down when I come in to print photos. The store is really run down it really needs an update. Not to mention the constant homeless people sleeping outside asking for money.

Stop forcing your employees to be overly fake nice. It’s annoying and you can tell they are being pressured to be overly nice. Otherwise the store is okay.

Terrible customer service from the pharmacy to the front check out. Also this location has broken photo machines, they told me a week and I came back in a week they said they hadn’t done my photos. THEY HAVE MY NUMBER ON THE FORM. call don’t waste my time by not telling me and now I have a 2 week delay on my prints.

It used to be the toughest pharmacy in town. They had a guy who worked there who seemed to think it was his sole job to deny people relatively smooth access to their prescribed medications. The sicker the person (or the less the person spoke English), he would work all the harder to get in their way.
Fast forward to today and it’s a whole different story. The pharmacy staff are prompt and helpful. Since that guy has left, this is a great pharmacy and I won’t go anywhere else.

My usual Pharmacy but it was closed and I did not realize I was out of meds and it would require a doctor’s approval for refill. So, I called walgreens in kent cause pharmacy is 24 hours. They could only give me 3days worth and fax a letter for me to doctors. I was good with that. Monday: I call this walgreens south to check on fax and ask if med was ready… nope & was told by pharmacist that because I got 3-​days woryh from kent wallgreens I would have to pick my prescription up from them. Im like… ok, thats fine. I go to the kent walgreens and they tell me that according to what the computer says the Auburn Walgreens has it ready for me. Im like… are you serious? He looks at me and says, yes. Im like, ok… though im a bit annoyed I drove from auburn to kent east hill for no reason when I was told by auburn walgreens that they couldn’t fill it cause I already got 3-​days worth… UGH! So I go to Auburn Walgreens and stirnly with annoyance in my tone cause thats how I feel the entire scenario only to get a cashier in the drive thru to question my situation and she was actually going to send me back to kent but I was pissed and repeated my story ofbthis freaking run around and then get this… I have insurance and I pay a yearly membership to be a walgreens card holder… it clearly reads that but she asks what id like to use… insurance or walgreens membership? I said, whichever is cheapest for me. She says ok. Looks and tells me it went thru my insurance and its going to be $ 30. I said, ok… but stopped and said, ummm & what is the walgreens amount for it? She looks again and says $ 15 which do you want to do? Ummm, duh! Obviously the cheapest like I asked for in the first place… ugh! Walgreens is cool but the pharmacy needs an overhaul of better service!

I et great service here. I like the drive through pharmacy and they always have a deal on water or soda. I use my walgreens customer card both here and online and rack up the points. I volunteer to shop for other just to rack up points. its real money I spend whenever. last week got 30.00 worth of stuff, used my points and spent 4.28 cash! they also offer a charitable donation at the check out so I usually hit at least $ 1.00. its nice they help support the community.
if you have not checked the online you should. I had no idea they sold so many different things.

This is your average Walgreen’s.
There is a pharmacy, there are cosmetics and some basic food items. It’s convenient if you want to go some place quick. One thing that’s nice is they have a lot of nail polishes and lotions including burts bees, Cetephil and Lubriderm.
The prices are probably more expensive than Target and definately more expensive than Walmart but like everywhere else, you can find a good deal if you look for it.
