Having endured the inefficiencies, long waits, at times, stupidity and overall anti-​customer service behaviors at Safeway and Fred Meyers pharmacies, I switched to this provider. I haven’t waited more than two minutes for an rx (they’re waiting for me if I call ahead), nothing has gotten misplaced and the whole experience is quick, reliable and easy. No, Virginia. It doesn’t take at least 30 minutes to fill a routine rx.
