There are numerous industries hated by the masses. Cable companies, telephone companies, insurance agencies, lawyers, and most car entities. Next Level Automotive does the unthinkable. They give auto mechanics a great name. Please don’t let the non-​descript location cause you to shy away from bringing your car to Gareth and his team. This place is awesome. I own a BMW and a VW. As long as I live in the Seattle Metro area this will be the shop that services my cars. Ladies, my wife had to drop her car off for an emergency brake repair. After picking it up, she could not believe the quality of service and friendliness she experienced. You can go here on your own and not be treated like an open checkbook.

Had a very positive experience here. My car had a couple of smallish issues that I wanted to track down. Gareth and Jason were very thorough investigating them, and only fixed what they could find wrong. They communicated with me at every step, and even gave me a loaner car to drive when the work ran longer than anticipated. I will absolutely be back.

I came in thinking I needed a brake job, but was told the brakes were still good. This team seems honest and trustworthy. It is clear they want long-​term business and are very appreciative and thankful of the business they get. I was told «thank you for your business». The individuals that work there put out a friendly, and not a shady, vibe.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and HONESTY you can count on! Great prices and QUALITY repair. I recently had an oil change and they were able to diagnose an issue, which was previously misdiagnosed by another service center. They showed the needed repair and provided a reasonable quote. Moreover, they have a cozy and clean waiting area with hot beverages available. I will definitely be back for my regular maintenance and other services if needed.

Gareth and his team are amazing. They walk you through they’re process, what type of parts they are getting, what it will do for your car. As a woman I felt that they truly were looking out for my safety and my best interests in giving the best quality of service for my vehicle.

We brought our Acura to Gareth back in August, having an estimate from two different shops but hesitant to follow through. Gareth’s name was given to us by friends, and he came highly recommended. He was thorough in his finding, explaining the scope of work, and very well priced. The work was completed in a timely fashion, and the car fixed nicely.
Early this week we brought in our Navigator without bothering to call anyone else… we were confident Gareth would properly diagnose the issue and give us a fair price. He did, and this too is running smoothly.
We recommend Next Level Automotive as a prime auto repair shop. You can trust the owner, Gareth, is not just going to fix the problem, but further diagnose if something else is causing the issue. Preventative maintenance at its finest.

The owner want over and beyond to getting me taken care of. He found the problem when others could not. He was honest and I never felt he wanted to pull a fast one on me. My husband wished we had found him sooner to fix our car. He was good at following up and we never felt like we were left in the dark. As a Real Estate agent myself I only like to work with the best and he is one of the best out there to take care of my mechanical needs. I will be referring him to everyone I know!

Next Level is the only shop I trust to work on my car, and they did thorough inspections for me while I was shopping for a used car. They’re always friendly, honest and professional. They don’t try to push extra services and parts that you don’t need. Gareth has always taken time to explain what is wrong, and what it will take to get my car back on the road. All their work comes with a warranty, so there is extra peace of mind even after you leave the shop. I feel like they really care about my car being safe and reliable. One of the best automotive shop experiences ive ever had. Came in to get my suspension checked out … turned out to be a minor fix. Gerath lifted the car showed me the exact issue and only charged me for the parts. Friendliest staff that knows exactly what they’re doing. Highly recommend to anyone. A+++++

Brought in my 2004 subaru Sti with cooling issues. Come to find out my head gaskets were failing. Gareth and Lance did a fantastic job on the repair and I bought some performance goodies I will have them install as well. My car is running perfect now and my heater is working properly finally! Thanks again guys

After trying out a few different automotive shops and getting screwed over multiple times. I decided to give next level a try. I brought my Lexus in with multiple check engine light codes present. Gareth found out exactly what was causing the issues and was able to fix for a reasonable price. Lance and Gareth were both great to work with and I will be coming back ! Highly recommended this shop to anyone.

I was referred to this shop by a friend while looking to get my car fixed up to be in condition to sell. My first time down there proved to be one of the best experiences I’ve had in dealing with an auto shop. While replacing my front brakes, Gareth and Lance noticed some unusual (and dangerous) wear in my tires and worked with local shops to help get my car back in running condition same-​day. The mechanical work has been great!
Lance worked magic on my car’s interior. He put my car into selling condition within just a few hours — not a small feat when you’re dealing with a car that commonly transports two very furry dogs.
They also were able to use their network of contacts to get me in touch with a great body shop to get a few blemishes taken care of — an added bonus to the already great work they’d done! My car’s in great condition to sell and their expertise has boosted the value of my car by several thousands of dollars. This is a shop I’d recommend to everyone I know!

Excellent service! Lance and Gareth are really nice and do fantastic work! The detail was amazing the car look liked it just came off the showroom floor. I would recommend next level to anyone who’s is looking to repair or detail their car.

This is the only place I will let detail my car! Lance is very well educated and being in the carpet cleaning industry I know what I want done to my upholstery. They use only the highest level detergents and his cleaning methods do the most effective cleaning without damaging the upholstery. And to top it off they found a short to ground in my vehicle that caused my tail lights to go out for months while they were at it. I have a 2006 Mitsubishi evolution 9 (Rare rally car) that is my baby and only they touch it. They truly are on another level with their detailing. I have recommended next level to all my friends and family and I highly recommend them to you.
