Muckleshoot Smoke Shop

This store sold me tobacco free chew I got my car and realized it went back in and it will not even exchange. That’s all sales are final even though I’ve been a client for years… I would stop going there but they have cheapest cartons around.
As you would expect with a tribal store they have terrible customer service

This is solely about the cigar humidor. I didn’t find the choice if cigars that great. Also, the prices weren’t low enough that I’d make this a regular spot to pick up a deal. The stocks made for Muckleshoot might be cheap but I have zero interest in those to smoke. JR Cigar is still the bomb.

Nearby source for our tobacco and liquor needs. Store and staff are pleasant, place is clean and neat and I like the selection there including the non-​tobacco/​liquor items. Staff remembers you when you come in more than once, that’s pretty rare these days. Never have to stand in line too long there, if there’s a crowd they’re quick to open another register.
I see other reviewers mention they never answer their phone, and I would have to agree with that. I’ve called them myself and no one answers the phone. When it rings and I’m in the store, I notice it’s because staff is usually helping another customer though. Would be great if they put a recorded message on the voicemail during business hours to leave address, hours and directions to the store.
Price is similar to anywhere, but with our sin taxes wouldn’t that be expected? I certainly don’t mind supporting the local tribe. Great place to stop if you are on the way to the mountains or on the way to the amphitheater, but you have to watch for it… it kind of sneaks up on you. Parking lot can be a bit confusing on the first visit (one way through loop, you’ll want the first ‘driveway’), but having the light right there makes getting out into traffic again very easy.

I like this place cause they are open more hours, but they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.
It is impossible to find out any info on their hours and it says to call. Calling doesn‘t work.
Does anyone work here???

They have booze, so they get three stars for that, and their nice selection of vodka and scotch. I still prefer the liquor stores in Seattle, but if you’re in the area, this location is your best bet to find what you’re looking for. It’s also the best place to drown your sorrows if you had a bad run at the casino.

Okay, here’s the deal. These guys have great prices on cigars (My Father and Don Pepin Garcia, in particular). The store is about an hour from my house so I only make it when I head up to Crystal Mountain to go snowboarding.
I wanted to purchase 3 – 4 boxes of cigars (about $ 700) and figured it a good idea to call ahead before making the 2.5 hour round-​trip.
I called one at noon, once at 1pm, once at 2pm.
I decided to see how long I could let the phone ring before someone actually picked up so I called once again at 4pm.
It’s now 4:30pm and the phone is still ringing 30 minutes later.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?!? Will someone pick up the phone!!!
This is just terrible…

They charge the same as Seattle, pocketing the difference. Place sucks.
