This is a superbly clean, fresh location. The food is always phenomenally fresh and clean, and the employees fantastic. There are the occasional hiccups due to some new employee who is still learning customer service but that is to be expected at times. The managers are fantastic.
Did I say the place is clean? The food is always hot and fresh? Yes.
Until.
It is no longer owned by McDonald’s Corp and is now a franchise. Quality is already suffering. Please don’t make me update this in a couple months.

This is a great McDonalds.
It’s located across from a high school so it gets busy around the time the students get out. The lines can get pretty long but the employees are quick and surprisingly efficient. The waits are substantially shorter than other McDonalds which makes it much more favorable.
The interior is clean and spacious. There’s usually enough seating even when it gets busy. The staff is quick to clean and sanitize tables. The restrooms are as clean as restrooms can be.
I always drive the extra few miles to go to this one. I’d recommend this one over the other McDonalds in the vicinity.

I’m a fan of their food. I walk here every single morning, since my school is directly across the street, and I order the same exact coffee, each time (actually, everyone from my school gets the same coffee from here every morning, it’s strange.) But, I also come here sometimes for dinner, and I go through the drive through. Almost every single time, my order is wrong. I always call to complain, and I don’t understand how they still manage to get my order wrong! Actually, they get multiple people’s orders wrong! I don’t get it. -.-

All McDonalds are not created equal. This location is consistent with having good fries. The drive thru is quick and the staff very polite, which I like. Very clean appearance.

Clean well organized and nicely redone. this is a good example of why Mc D’s is a popular fast food restaurant. Close to 290 on ramp.

Southbridge, MA
No use discussing the food.
They are located right by the entrance to 2990 and there is always a line at the drive thru but never a long wait. Staff is always friendly and I’ve never had a problem with my order.
