It’s Dec 27 at lunch time. There’s so many customers asking for hot wing. The employees are awesome by informing how long it takes ahead of time. They were very helpful & all of them were delightful. I give them 2 thumbs up. Great team work.

I was in here on The 4th. Of July at around 4:30. This place was packed. I placed my order in the drive thru and then had to come inside to use the restroom and they were just as packed in side. The guys who where«holding the fort down» were awesome. They were so kind to the customers waiting and doing the best job they could do. I gave them and extra, «thanks for doing such a good job and keeping the kindness and smiles really meant a lot.» A gentleman in line agreed with me. I’ve been kind of on and off with KFC… and now I’m back on! It was hot and yummy!

It had been a long time since I’ve been to either KFC in Auburn. Im happy to say there has been a HUGE improvement in service and food quality since the last time I stopped in. I have a very large family and ordered the biggest meal on the menu, plus several sides and a desert. It was a TON of food, and they nailed it. Everything was in the bags, and tasted great. We enjoyed our meal so much, we’ve been back a few times in the recent weeks. Thanks KFC for the new, more helpful employees and the great food! We’ll be back. :)

HORRIBLE customer service! First and last time i go to this location there employees are rude and try to be smart asses, oh and that attitude has to change. Not to mention they are RACIST and need an education. This place was very lonely Not many customers and there was trash everywhere on the floor and no stock on soda lids. The buscuits are my favorite but they were disgusting here so dry and no taste at all!

KFC is like any other KFC. The chicken is greasy but its good in a pinch. About the only thing i wish the Manager at the Auburn KFC would do is have enough Chicken of each style on hand for the customers order. it seems like everytime i order from KFC Auburn, they dont have enough of the style i want and i end up either having to wait for it OR make an alternate choice… Its suppose to be «FASTFOOD», that means have enough on hand so the customer gets through the line as «Fast» as possible. not having enough on hand kills the potential for repeat visits. This is getting old.

The chicken tastes great but always leaves me feeling awful afterwards. Domething in the grease or additves just doesn’t agree with me.

Ok, it’s KFC — everyone has probably been to one before. The reason I’m giving this place 5 stars is because the employees rock and went way out of their way for me. On a bus trip back from Tahoe I was late for the bus so I got my food and sprinted out of the restaurant. On my way I slipped on some ice and my wallet must have fallen out of my pocket. I noticed that my wallet was missing about 15 minutes later on the bus so I called KFC. The employees were nice enough to go search for it in the parking lot, and 10 minutes later I called back and they had found it and put in the store’s safe. You guys totally rock! Thank you so much. I’ll forever be a fan of your store now. I think it was Nicole and James that found it. Hope I got the names right. Thanks guys!

since i go snowboarding like 15~20 times a season, i need to make a list of places to eat on the way to and back from the slopes. the snocial bus stops in auburn for dinner. i’m going to recommend that, in the future, kingston and mark stop in loomis or somewhere else closer to sacto instead. yeah, personally, when i’m the driver on the tahoe/sierra commute, my rule of thumb is that the closer you get to the bay area, the better variety of food you get. i think the best places to eat in auburn are: sum’s mongolian bbq, kau kau hawai’ian drive-inn, in.n.out(the obvious answer for snowtrips), and marie callender’s. however, one time, when the snocial bus was in auburn and all the other fast food joints were so crowded, my friend duk and i had _such_a craving for kfc, so we rushed over to kfc and split a bucket of chicken with a friend of a friend(a foaf). actually, we got some kind of meal deal. since the snowtrip buses only give you so much time to eat; it was pretty difficult. however, it was cheaper for us all to go in on a bucket meal than getting individual box meals, y’nahwhaddahmshayin’? it took us a while to get our food, so we sat down and gulped down the side dishes and took most of the bucket of chicken to go. not the ideal eating situation, right? it was messy, and i forget why; but we had a hard time getting utensils and condiments like hot sauce. the bathrooms were busy too, so i wish they had more of them. i remember, they ran out of original recipe chicken for our bucket, so they had to throw in one crispy, which wasn’t the end of the world. anyway, i can only give this kfc two stars. it’s kfc, so you probably didn’t expect a five. star review, and you were right. they did nothing special to make me want to give them any additional stars.
