Ordered twice from here. First time we had no problems. Second time I felt like I was dealing with the biggest effing idiots.
First time my company ordered delivery. The second time we ordered for delivery they said they «accidentally» deliver to us and we were out of the range. Range? We are 2 miles down the road. After arguing with the moron on the phone I hung up. I proceed to order online for pick up. Freaky fast? First, they never received my order. Yet got an email confirmation that they did. While my employee was up there, stating they never started. I called to see what the problem was. I told the guy on the phone that my employee was up there waiting for them to finish. He just kept saying «there is someone in the lobby but they are ordering» yeah butthole. That’s MY employee ordering cause YOU are too lazy to do your job. He failed to understand. Apparently when I kept saying «I have a confirmation number» it must have been in Greek.
I will never order from here again. This place and it’s employees are jokes.
