The food and service at this location are amazing! I go here at least twice a week for a delicious, healthy, fresh lunch!!! It’s a great place, with an immense variety of options, so you can always get exactly what you like. Everything is well seasoned and there are so many flavorful sauces, salsas, etc. to choose from. The price point is very reasonable for the high quality of the ingredients offered. The service is top-notch and everyone is wonderful, friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend this place more highly. Having said that — BEWARE the Rainbow City location of this same establishment. It is awful, I can’t believe it’s even the same restaurant!!! The food is terrible(unseasoned meats, soaking wet lettuce, gross salsa) and the staff is even worse. If you want terrible food, with tiny overpriced portions, and rude belittling service go to with it, then you should check out this location while it’s still there, my guess is it won’t last long. Which is pretty darn sad given that so many of us had been super excited to see a more convenient location of Bubba Ritos open. But after 3 awful, terrible, gross visits to this location I am just done. I’ll keep driving across town to the Attalla for my mexican food fix.

Bubba Rito’s…what a perfect name for a Mexican Subway in Alabama. There is a lot to like about Bubba Rito’s that makes it a little different from ones I have seen. First of all, if you want meat, cheese, and veggies… you get a Bubba. There are burritos, quesadilla, tacos, and nachos. The burritos come in 10″ and 12″ with flour, wheat, or Chipotle tortilla. My meat for the evening was pork. It was marinated and cooked perfect… couldn’t get any more tender. Be warned, it did look like it came out of a bucket of grease but was well worth it. I loaded my burrito up with the usual choices you would see at mexican places. Potatoes were unique as well as the zesty sour cream sauce. With your entrée, you had 6 combo choices to choose from. I went with the queso and drink. Other choices include bean dip or soft taco. Something else I loved was the salsa bar with a black beam salsa and a pineapple salsa. The pineapple one was sweet and I couldn’t get enough of it. The only disappointment I had with Bubba Rito’s was the queso. It tasted very similar to the kind you find in a can at Sam’ s. I added salsa to it to help it out. Prices were very reasonable… especially since you decide how much food you want to pile in to your tortilla. If you want quick Mexican… Bubba Rito’s would be a great place to try.

I was pleasantly surprised by Bubba Ritos. Everyone at the counter was friendly. I like that I can customize my order. I got the Bubba bowl and it was yummy. I will definitely eat here again.

We stopped in on our long trip. They gave us extra chips when they heard we weren’t local and would be driving so far. I would highly recommend! Better than Moe’s. The guacamole was very fresh as was the salsa. Great stop.

Food and setup similar to Moe’s. Burritos and nachos are really good. Eaten at this location many times. I prefer it over Moe’s.

Great food, as previous reviews the food is above Moes, but under Chipotle, great flavors though, many options including tacos, burritos, bowls, with many different toppings including house made salsas, bubba cavior, and a house made sour cream. Prices are reasonable and a frequent guest card racks up for free food.

The food is better than Moe’s and is comparable to Chipotle which makes it stand out as a top notch restaurant in a town the size of Gadsden. I could not recommend this place any higher than I do and eat there at least once a week.

Let me first start out by saying that I am a fan of BubbaRitos. The food is on par slightly under Chipotle and above Moe’s. I enjoy a Bubba Bowl about twice a month and plan to continue this trend. Now for the negative point… today I witnessed one of the biggest acts of ignorance in my time working and eating in restaurants! As I was enjoying my meal a male associate made his way around the dining area to greet and check on the guest and he was carrying an aerosol can. He then made his way over to the trash can and started to spray the can. I figured it was some type of sanitizer or deodorizer… kinda normal still. He then continued to spray on down the front the trash can and I realized he was SPRAYPAINTINGTHETRASHCANINTHEMIDDLEOFTHEDININGAREAINTHEMIDDLEOFLUNCHRUSH! I could not believe my eyes and other diners begin to give us the WTF look. This went on for two or three minutes until one diner spoke up and asked him to stop. By this time the dining area was engulfed in overspray fumes and I could taste the paint particles. Never in my life could I believe some one would do something so damn stupid. It is not my intention to give a bad review of BubbaRitos(I really enjoy this restaurant) but to give a heads up to the owner so the associate can be confronted about his moment of brilliance. I am only writing this here because the website offers no option to contact managers or owners. Time of occurance– 7÷10÷13 approximatly 11:30am.

I really love the concept of tacos served like Subway serves a sandwich, as you like it. We were there on Taco Tuesday making for a VERY affordable meal. I personally felt like smoked pork on a taco with mexican ingredients was a bit unusual. I think now, knowing the meat is smoked, I could order toppings that«match» better and make it less strange. I had chicken, steak and pork. All of the meats were tender, which is commendable and difficult when cut in strips like that. I think there could be a little more flavor differentiation between the meats BUT they were not that bad at all. They have all you can eat chips and salsa with a «salsa bar» of sorts. Chips and salsa are my FAVORITE thing but I am very discriminate about the chips. They MUST be tender and fresh tasting. These are thicker and less crispy like what you get from precooked or bagged chips I think. If I could give them 3 ½ stars I would do so.

Great place! Cool atmosphere! Fun staff! Yummy food! Love being able to «Have it my way». Food is really good and large portions… so don’t order the large on anything unless you have a huge appetite. Nachos rock(personal choice) and burritos are soooo good. Very clean. Pork is really good and chicken & steak options are just the right flavor. Definately at least a once weekly stop.
