Bought spa deal including room with 50 min spa treatment– booked myself online for $ 89– when I called the spa to make appointment for massage no employee knew what it was– I thought how stupid but they got it together. When i went to check in — this jerk at the front desk began to arrogantly inform me — the package inlcudes the $ 60 spa credit and If I go over blah blah blah– I already knew before he did so the exchange got nasty. The room was a premium room in Bourbon tower– it was nice but there were like 6 mushy cheap pillows on the bed– I woke up with a pain in my neck due to those cheap unsupporting pillows. I arrived at the spa ten minutes early and it was a good thing– I had a feeling if I was one minute late it would bwe deducted from my time– I had to change into a robe and wait in a dark room– nothing that fancy– a woman lead me to the massage room– the spa sound or music was too loud and very annoying so the masseuse turned it off– at first I had to tell her to apply more pressure as she was just softly touching– and i thought I payed for massage not to be tickled. Then it got better but strangely she ended with back and usually my massages start with the back. Overall it was good– still $ 60 for only 50 min is still overpriced as I can get 60 min decent massage in NYC $ 29.There was a sauna and steam room to be used after but I had to check out by noon. Slots mostly stink at Showboat. I did not play much and I had to ask them to enter my players card with y package so I can get comped for the $ 100 I paid.

Worst pedicure ever! Took over an hour, and she was falling asleep while doing it! She used the pumice stone on the back of my foot, and it is now bleeding and raw. Never go here!!!
