When coming to a hotel spa and spending a good amount of money, the last thing you want to do is share a pool or hot tub area with children. Even though kids are not allowed in the hot tub, you can still hear them screaming from any part of hot tub area. Even from inside the saunas. Would not recommend if you are coming«to relax». There Should be a separate divided area for adults with a separate pool. Not sure why the pool for the hotel guests Is the same as the spa pool. Seems quite contradictory to me and the only part of my spa experience i enjoyed was the massage because it was quiet and isolated.

do not give them your debit card!!! well i thought it was great until… i brought my daughter at the beginning of march i had a coupon so we both got a 20 minute facial, which i charged to the room and the 126.00 was payed for when i checked out the next day, i charged it to my room but for some reason they needed to keep my debit card,. well, low and behold, 3 weeks after i went there was a 222.00 charge on my debit card for a sunday that i wasn’t there and was at work. so i had to go to the bank, fill out forms, now i have to get another card because one of the princesses there decided to try to rip me off. so now i have no card and have to wait 2 weeks for another one.

I’m a frequent Atlantic City, daytrip/weekender and I usually stay at Bally’s or Caesar’s Palace. I give this place 4 stars because of the great service and available amenities in the men’s spa area, along with the downstairs’ pool/hot tub/sauna area. Joe from the men’s section is great and the word gentleman comes up when I think of him, a class act. My 2 favorite parts of the entire spa is the men’s steam room, which is very hot. And secondly the open area in the downstairs pool part. I can nap pool side or just chat with my male/female friends in sauna. Now the ONLY reason I give this place 4 stars instead of 5, is that the facilities are dated. I think that if I were in the 1990s, this place would be 6 stars, however with Qua next door with new. everything. it’s hard to give this venue the 5th star. Aside from that this is a great way to relax.

Boyfriend and I went here. The experience was great. Nadia did our herbal wrap and did my deep sea mud wrap. She’s a sweetheart. Wonderful place, everyone was so sweet. Great deals. Very clean. The bathroom in the spa has everything that you would need if you forgot anything. Will be stopping here everytime we come to Atlantic City.

The spa is worth the price, although I would prefer there be no price tag, considering I have never been to a hotel that makes you pay to use their pool… any pool. Anyway it’s a beautiful, serene environment. The pool is very inviting, the whirlpools are rather hot. The suana is extra hot. The lounge chairs are cool. Get there in the early am like between 7am and 11am and there should be practically less than a handful of people. Works for me!

A great price to get in and deals like if you want full access or half access to the wet locations(pool, sauna, sun deck). When I went I got the whole deal. There is an aerobics room, racquetball and basketball glass enclosed rooms to play in. Spa café, fitness center, lockers room wooden with gorgeous spa treatment rooms off of its sides, a steam and sauna room with showers. Its truly a relaxation atmosphere. A great variety of machines in the fitness center upstairs. You can get spa robes and shoes. Then after you can go down stairs and take a swim, go into these different sauna rooms and whirlpools(dont go in whirlpools, no infections needed). Then the beautiful sun deck over looking the pier mall and the boardwalk! Great experience everytime I go!
