Had the Baja Steak Burrito with all vegetables. It was very good. Enjoyed the four types of Salsa. Returned the next day, Saturday but they were closed.

I cannot understand the great reviews. Willy’s is a Tex-mex option like Chipotle, Moe’s, Panchero, Salsa Fiesta. I’ve eaten at a ton of them since they’re generally vegan-friendly. The tofu sounded well-spiced on the menu but in the bin, it looked dry and sad. I passed and went for the veggie bowl. Don’t get a bowl. You’ll need the tortilla’s help. The rice looked seasoned but was passionless. The black beans were the most flavorful thing, but still lacking. Someone needs to introduce them to cumin or Adobo! The vegetables were plain and undercooked for fajita style veggies. I was wishing for the tofu at this point… Toppings included lettuce, most of which was iceberg, «pico» that lacked spice(it was really just some chopped tomatoes), canned black olives, canned jalapeños, corn salsa(again, bland), cilantro, and guac. Where all else fails, a heap of fresh guac or some stellar condiments can be redeeming. Not here. The guac was thin and flavorless. I think it was packaged and shipped in. I can’t fathom that it was made from avocados in the store. I asked for some dressing and got their vinaigrette. The profile was unbalanced like a mediocre Italian dressing. Something a little sweeter would have gone a long way.

Ate here on my lunch break during my residency. It was wonderful. I got it to go and brought back to my room. I got one of the salads and it was delicious. Staff was very upbeat as well!

This location gets 4 out of 5 stars from me only because their tea is weaker than at their Caroline St location. But this location still has the trademark Willy’s value, deliciousness, and friendly, efficient staff. The charolita tacos and quesadillas are excellent! As a bonus, if you come during the lunch period, once you leave and go out to Peachtree St. you might hear a woman who has a beautiful voice singing opera.

This was my lunch destination at least once a week. Oh… how I miss Willy’s! After moving to SC, I am ashamed that I’ve been reduced to having to go to Moe’s! I actually talked with a Moe’s franchise owner and even he agreed Willy’s is better. The Chipotle salsa is the bomb. 10 times better than Moe’s!

Best breakfast in Peachtree Center. Yep, breakfast! The hours listed aren’t right. Breakfast options are your usual burritos, tacos, and quesadillas but with scrambled eggs, hasbrowns, bacon and chorizo as options. It is DELICIOUS. Don’t miss out.

Willy’s has been a staple of mine in the ATL airport, but seeing it in a sea of fast food in the Peachtree Center was a welcomed sight! The line was long, but moved quickly. I opted for the veggie bowl, which had beans, veggies, salsa, and tortilla chips. It was heavenly since I thought I was doomed for another Firehouse sub, or some fried colossal mess at the other places available. The salsa bar was clean, and I sampled a few options. They have the newest thing in fountain drinks, you can mix your own flavor so I opted for the Cherry vanilla Diet Coke. Everything tasted fresh, staff were on top of their game, and I walked away a happy camper for having to opt for fast food.

These guys were handily churning out a large quantity or orders during the unruly, unforgiving, DragonCon crush. This did not prevent them from doing their work correctly, with a smile, and with some speed, not to mention some obvious love for their work(and their customers.) Way to go, Willy’s!

I prefer Willy’s, but this one disappoints me. One of my delights of this place is to get nachos. They do not have a warmer, so I typically just end up settling for something else or getting the materials in a bowl & going to my office to heat it up in the microwave. Not the same.

Quick bites can’t hurt anyone. For an even quicker bite make sure to call your order in ahead of time and usually all they say is «ready in 5 mins».

Willy’s Peachtree Center has mastered the art of shuffling hungry convention and lunch goers through line in record times. I frequent this location and of course there was a mega convention in town a few weeks ago so the food court was like a zoo. The Willy’s line literally extended beyond the restaurant into the food court and there were at least 25 people in front of me. Nonetheless my order was taken and delivered within 10 minutes. Kudos to the line staff because they always get my orders right. What’s not to love about Willy’s? They were one of the first authentic Mexican cuisine fast food restaurants to please our palette’s around the metro area. The adobe chicken or steak taco with tortilla chips and tomatillo salsa is amazing!

Ugh… this place is just a glorified Chipotle that has two lines. That’s it. The menu isn’t very original — has the same things… burritos, nachos, tacos, and quesadillas. Well, Chipotle doesn’t have quesadillas that I remember so maybe they have me there. Typical fast food — when I read the Unilocal reviews, I thought this was a regular Mexican restaurant. Boy was I wrong. Come on, Atlanta Unilocalers! Five stars for fast food?

Love eating here! The chicken quesadilla warms the heart and the tortilla chips eases the soul… great food. I had to stop myself from going here because its fatting, but to my dismay a Willy’s opened up at Georgia State University’s Petit Building(I’m a student and work here) and I once again can not resist temptation. Willy’s, you are my weakness… This has to stop! Maybe in 2013… no 2014… no 2024… hmph

WOW! Me n my best friend went here not too long ago and I’ve gotta say. Their queso dip and chicken quesadilla was one of the best I’ve had, especially for the price. One of the cheapest i’ve seen! I’m definitely headn back over there after my next paycheck.

Definitely not my favorite Willy’s but it gets the job done. It’s always super crowded when I go and very congested. But it’s still good and the food is fresh :). They’re always so busy and in such a rush, you never get that great and personable customer service experience. But it’s understandable since they’re in such a busy business area of downtown and always super packed with the line out the door.

Holy crap, in my pursuit to drop a review of every Willy’s I’ve been to, I’m suddenly staring at nine open tabs. The Peachtree Center Willy’s will always hold a special place in my heart. Y’see, I used to work for ScumTrust back in the day when their tagline was«seeing beyond money,» before one day, they decided to narrow their vision to just the money, realized that higher ups needed more money, and offed 1,100 employees, including all graphic designers. But when I worked there, I went to this Willy’s no less than four times a week. What can I say, creature of habit. Long story short, with such frequent visitation, all the employees there got to recognizing me, and when they learned of impending layoffs, they commiserated with me, and on my last day, even gave me a free burrito. This Willy’s, being the lunch juggernaut with dual lines, didn’t have the oven to do nachos, but their workers were the best people ever, and I loved them regardless. The available seating in the center is always an issue, both in the court, as well as the interior, but it’s the center of tourism and hotel patrons, so this is never any surprise. But this week was a defining moment with my relationship with this particular Willy’s. I was freelancing for a company that afforded me lunch proximity to this Willy’s, and so I went back, and noticed several familiar faces. Not expecting anyone to recognize me after almost four years, I planned on just being normal, until it was my turn in line, and I was immediately recognized, and before I knew it, my old«usual» was on the foil, moving down the line, passed through other familiar faces. A touching moment in this food-monger’s heart.

You know, this place looks very promising. It’s got nice signage, attractive pictures and looks from the outside to have a good ambience. The food on the other hand, is very ordinary. Can I start by saying that I was actually very glad they gave me free chips with my burrito? The vegetarian burrito I ordered, was very plain and not flavorful in any way. Anyone who has ever eaten at a Chipotle will vow that vegetarian burritos can be quite fantastic. The one at Willy’s tasted bland. The black beans didn’t tasteless good, the salsa tasted old and in the whole it was also low on salt. It was as if it had been made very grudgingly. At Chipotle, Tacos Don Memo or any other burrito place, you can see them add the ingredients and you’re always asked for options. No such thing here. Willy’s really failed to live up to the promise it showed. I am certain to not go here again. Sorry.

I have never had a bad experience in the 6 years I have been enjoying these burritos. I was pleased to find there was a close-enough Willy’s when I started a new job downtown(awhile back). This particular location inside Peachtree Center is not the best but they work with what they have. It is designed for speed and achieves that very well by getting the working crowd in and out. Not much space to sit down so I just bring it back to the cube. Huge amount of chips makes a 1-taco lunch less than $ 3 and pretty filling too. Good, friendly staff as well.

[Note: The marker shown on the map is wrong — this Willy’s is actually at Peachtree Center.] I think Willy’s is the best out of the commercialized Mexican fast food places(Moe’s, Chipotle, Qdoba). The burritos, quesadillas, and salads are all pretty good and you have a variety of stuff to choose from. The chips are pretty decent. The salsa bar has a few options which are good(though the«habanero salsa» is really not spicy at all). The hot sauce is good and a little spicy though. It’s usually pretty quick and not too expensive. 4

You’ll find me at this Willy’s or the one in Edgewood, but I think I can honestly say that Willy’s is my favorite mexican food-source in Atlanta. Now there might be some hole-in-the-wall somewhere I don’t know about that does it better, but Willy’s has never let me down. The veggie burrito with a drink usually does the trick for me. I can’t say much about the rest of the menu because I usually stick to their well-sized burritos. I’m sure the other stuff is good too though.
