I honestly can’t say how the food was because our reservation was canceled without any prior notification. We simply showed up at the restaurant only to find they closed early. We walked around the building confused, and eventually called only to be told the restaurant was closed due to the possibility of inclement weather. I would have appreciated a call or some other notification first!

I dined at Time on Saturday night and it was a phenomenal experience. My server was very patient with me and my bridal party, and the food and drinks were amazing! I ordered oxtails and mac and cheese, highly recommended! Go early though because the parking fills up quick!

I just had my worst restaurant experience ever. I came here with a few friends for their 3 course brunch. Our first course came on time and everything else went down right after that. We waited almost 20 mins for our next course. After waiting another 20 mins we asked about our dessert and our waiter informed us the table before us had to wait for an hour. True to her word our dessert didn’t show up till an hour after. The dessert showed up, but they somehow were out of cheesecake. Mind you she had just told us they had one. Don’t waste your money or time, for $ 35 you can get better quality and tasting food on atlanta. The food was just okay, nothing special.

I was at Time tonight for a surprise birthday party, and everything from the planning stages to the actual event was amazing. A specialized menu with a picture of the birthday boy and drinks named for him were provided to enhance the whole experience. The servers were very attentive the entire night from making sure everyone had food and drinks to serving appetizers to individual patrons instead of just setting them in the middle of the table. The food was amazing — the chef did an incredible job and the flavor and presentation of each plate was top notch. I highly recommend Time and I will be back!

I cannot stress enough how awesome this place is! It’s beautiful inside — the décor, the lighting, the furniture, the glass, the set up. The food is delicious and the bar has the finest choices of wine, spirits, etc. I had the best time here at TIME and I can’t wait to go back!

This place completely rubbed me the wrong way. I’ve been here before and enjoyed their booth and bottle service, loved the décor and drinks are decent, but after my experience last night I don’t think I will be back. Long story short the service was horrible. After waiting to long for our waitress to take our drink orders we went to the bar on our own and paid at the bar. Somehow these very drinks ended up on our tab. We tried speaking to the manager about our concerns but she seemed more interested in finding someone to blame rather than simply trying to fix the issue. After all of the back and forth, and embarrassment, I agree to pay half. I made a comment in regard to how I didn’t understand how a business could run this way and she replied… «I don’t run this business I’m only the manger». Yeah… Doesn’t make any sense to me either. I’m usually really understanding and flexible when mistakes are made, but I think it was the managers disposition towards the issue that made it worse. Overall it was a fun night just ended very poorly.

Very disappointed with this lounge. I am however thankful that parking was only $ 5. This was not the appropriate place to do a video release. The food choices were minimal. The spacing is too small to host such a large crowd. There is limited seating & some are getting rowdy. They know ‘Atlantans’ love the housewives franchise & would show up in record numbers. Not my crowd. Won’t be back!

I’m new to the Atlanta area & was stoked when my coworker invited me to the Dining Out Atlanta event last night. We were extremely underwhelmed to say the least. The valet lot was full when we arrived around 7PM; sadly the genuine attendant who apologized & directed us down the street was the most positive part of our experience. This place is seriously confused as to what it is. We were expecting a bar/restaurant and instead it was more of a club/lounge feel. To say the service was slow is an understatement. We sat for a good 30 minutes as the music blared before we were even acknowledged. When we finally grabbed a server, she handed us some dirty menus and walked off. We ordered a cosmo & dirty martini off the promotional menu only to have her return 20 minutes later to inform us they were out of olives(for a drink on the menu for a three hour event). We went ahead and ordered two cosmos. When they arrived(15 minutes later) they were in small plastic cups with ice; sorry, that’s not a martini. We ordered food at that time. Our server returned with another cocktail(that we didn’t order) and we inquired about our food order. She appeared confused and told us that she would check on it. We’re fairly certain she’d forgot to put our order in. Fast-forward another 30 minutes & she returned with 2⁄3 of the food order and NOSILVERWARE. Another 10 minutes later we got silverware and another 10 after that we got the rest of the food order. At this time, it was 10PM and the sad food, most of which appeared to be pre-made & put on plates, was cold. The portions were tiny and not reflective of the high-end descriptions on the menu. We cut our losses at this point and left hungry and annoyed. The only thing proper about this place is its name. Time. You’re going to need a lot of it to have an experience here. Terrible.

Went last night to the dining out fall launch party, I wanted to give this place a chance even when noticing issues among stepping foot in door. Walked in the hostess/waitress advised they were not ready and didn’t expect people to show up at 6… now invite stated 6 to 9. We were seated upstairs took 20 minutes for drinks order messed up. Ordered food here’s where the issue comes in did the 3 for $ 20 I’ll attach the picture of what was served… sad just sad tasteless tiny portions a 3 year old would be hungry after… overall service was very slow and this place needs a major do over to make it in Atlanta… maybe all the ratings of 5 are paid or given due to local celebrities hosting events there. I will not return…

UPDATE — After posting my review, a response was provided by management. I absolutely appreciate them taking out the time to address my concerns. This speaks volumes. I will give this restaurant another chance, simply because they cared enough to reply(some restaurants won’t do that). I don’t really know where to start. I had high hopes for this place because the menu looked great. The service was terrible. There was only maybe 10 people total in the restaurant. Most of which were at the bar. My party was the ONLY party in the dining area. Service was extremely slow. Food was VERYSALTY. Had there been less salt, it would have actually been good.

We dined here Sunday brunch two weeks ago. I really wanted to like this place… love it even because I use to love Straits. Sadly I left feeling like ehhhh. We parked in lot next to the restaurant. There is a $ 5 fee and is Valet but it is a small lot and not a busy time. It could easily be self parking or the valet could set up shot on the corner to keep patrons from pulling into the lot. The Valet was nice, but still a waste of money. When we entered we were asked if we had a reservation, which we did. We were quickly seated in what I would call their sunroom. A window filled room on the mainfloor facing out the front of the restaurant. We sat at a half booth. I was on the booth side and could barely feel the AC while it was blowing directly on my boyfriend. While waiting on our server and food we noticed the«DIY» paid job. The paint on the wall behind the booth had water stains and lots of marks. The paint around the windows looked a professionals help was needed. Then we noticed a sheer curtain was taped, with clear box packing tape, to the window looking across Juniper. The floors were very scuffed up. I assume from moving tables around. If I didn’t know better I would of thought it was opening weekend and they rushed to open. As we dined the temperature increased… as expected with all the windows but the AC temperature was not adjusted. A table near us left early because of the eat. We were low level sweating by the time we left. The bar décor was beautiful. Reminds me of the inside of Vanquish night club. It was kind of confusing to see so much difference in appearance in one place. Also the areas on the main floor that were not in direct sunlight looked good. I think being in the sun filled room allowed the bad paint job and other flaws to literally shine. The service was decent. Our server seemed a little distracted but pulled it together near the end. She left something off of our bill at the end too. Their brunch menu offers a 3 course meal. From what I saw online before going the menu has changed a bit each weekend. The food was good but the portions are small. They also made adjustments to items without notifying patrons. Like chocolate sauce for raspberry on the cheesecake. Not a huge deal but that can easily be communicated by staff at the beginning. Overall this restaurant has potential but they must make some improvements. No one wants to sweat while eating. Also the interior needs to match the level of service and food. I really hope they get it together.

Never go here! It’s hot… no air condition! And the waiting is horrible. No one is informed. And the drinks are watered down and too expensive.

The best part of the night is the cool ass server that we have TOTALLYOVERPRICED! ESPECIALLY when you have a taco mac so near. This place has hope. But right it’s just a lil spot in the ATL.

I want to leave a great review for this restaurant so bad. One thing I will say is that the ambiance is very nice-posh. A place to go to be seen. I was there for a birthday dinner this past Saturday evening for a friend. When we ordered our food, half of the people at our table got their food in about 40 minutes and the other half had to wait a good 30 minutes. So half of the dinner party is eating while the other half is sitting around just waiting for their food. Also my water glass went unfilled for at least an hour, I asked for a box for my food and never got one. I think the problem was the transition from restaurant to lounge. As soon as people began arriving for the«club» part, our service was pretty much non-existent. Maybe after 9 pm or 10 on Saturday night, they shouldn’t serve the full dinner menu-only appetizers because the service was sub-par. The food was good, but if I’m paying $ 10 for valet and $ 15 – 18 for an entrée, I expect better service! Won’t be going back.

The décor is great but that’s about it. The ox tails are small smh and they are always out of menu items. And why is my drink being served to me in a plastic cup from the grocery store and I’m being charged 14 dollars. I’ve been to Capitol Grille, Bones, Chops, and other 5 star restaurants all over the country and they are serving me my drink in nice glassware. They need to step their game up before they price themselves out of the market.

I had such high hopes for this place– loved the décor and location, but so disappointed with the over all experience, The staff were new and slow and uninvolved, even when not busy. I found the drinks to be very over priced for well and served in a small plastic cup while serving others to same drink in larger glasses for the same price. I did find the hooka lounge across the street to be very friendly to all thier guest and the over all experience amazing. I cant recommend the Time Lounge but do recommend that if you find your experience less than amazing try the hooka lounge/restaurant across the street– it saved our night out!

We went on a Friday night at around 9pm. We parked in a parking deck around the corner for $ 5. We were seated quickly. Not very many patrons in there at that time. Nice looking friendly waitresses. There was a floor manager or coordinator handling things and she was awesome and accomadating to the customers. Very trendy on the inside. Nice music playing. There’s a DJ. Here’s what we had: Oxtails – awesome Curry chicken egg rolls – good Jerk chicken egg rolls – great I had a lemon drop martini that was good. The food and drink was a little on the pricey side for my taste but everything tasted good. So no complaints.

I was invited to a birthday dinner on 3÷28÷15. I never knew this place existed. I wanted to give it five stars but the service was slow and the valet parking sucked. The line for Valet was so long that cars were backed up onto the street. The service was also pretty slow which you would expect if the place is jammed packed. However, we arrived before the huge crowd came in and it was still slow. Last but not least… The good news! The food was fabulous! I’ve never eaten oxtails before, and when I tell you they were fall off the bone DELISH! I heard no complaints from the entire party on the food. It’s also very authentic. So, the food saved the evening and I will definitely return.

I give this place 4stars. Never heard or seen this place until I asked my girlfriend where we could go to celeb– a friends birthday & she highly recommend TIME. So I looked it up online, it seem like it would be a cool place, food looked good & they have what they call«GOODFRIDAY» every Friday w/a live DJ so, I made a reservation via open table. Unsure, about getting a cake or cupcakes… I called to see if they charge a cake cutting fee if you bring a cake, they said NOCAKECUTTINGFEE. Upon arriving on Friday… I felt like I was pulling up in Beverly Hills because, TIME sits on a corner kind of high due to stairs you have to walk up to go in. Valet Parking is directly across the street for $ 10 fee which I found surprisen to dine & celeb and be charged. At any rate the parking was really close so, I went with it without complaining. Now before you enter there are 2 security guards…1st security(by the way was handsome)…he checked ID’s and then our bags, ther other I believe open the doors for us. The restaurant has a cool relaxed & mildly chic finest to it, they have an upstairs for VIP’s and a very small bar. And where the floor manager sat us was perfect location. It was when you walk in to the right, at the round table facing by the wall underneath the beautiful chandelier lighten. Where I sat… I was facing the parking lot so, I could see the really nice cars pulling up upon their arrivals. Food was portioned very well & was very good. There spicy jerk egg rolls, mac&cheese and the chicken w/potato bowl was very good. Drinks were ok I didn’t get a buzz so, my 2nd drink I just went with 2 more coconut Ciroc’s. I love the picture/painting on the back wall of the bar. I loved it so, check my picture out I took!!! The DJ was rocking, he played recent music videos on the wall projection. A mixture of hip hop, old school, reggae & island music which I’ve never listened to before. The floor manager-middle ago young lady(I forgot her name) served us. She was fun & entertaining. She offered very accommodating service so, we shared a Peach Ciroc cupcake w/her for her being so hospitable. The night ended with us getting our groove on & wining down to various type of music before we ended a lovely & smooth night. Thanks TIME for an awesome birthday host & celebration. I look forward to difinently coming back to try out a Saturday night next time!

This was my first time going to this spot and I love it the food was great the DJ was great very upscale spot the only thing is you have to bring your own crew to have fun but overall I say its a go and the price was also great valet parking only $ 10
