I grew up loving Moe’s. I went every week in highschool in Sarasota, FL. However, I’ve been disappointed more than once with the food at this location, so I never resort to going to the Moe’s right by my house. I also think there is far better Mexican in Atlanta, and for cheaper than Moe’s. However, my roommate had a $ 5 off coupon that was expiring on May 20, 2016(four days away at the time) that one of the caterer’s at her office(a major Fortune 100 Company in Atlanta) gave her. So I gave it a shot, because I was in a hurry to get food. I show up despite my better judgement, order extra queso(because why not? I have a coupon), and guac, the works. I get to the cash register, present my coupon, and the manager who was working with the cashier instantly declines my coupon without even looking at it. He says«that is expired.» Upon me pointing out that it expires May 20, which is 4 days away, he says«we don’t accept those here. Which GM did you get it from?» I tell him my roommate gave it to me, and that she got it from work. I get attitude the whole way through the conversation. «See THAT is why we need GMs to sign them. If it isn’t signed, we’re not going to accept it.» This guy was determined not to let me use this coupon. There is no fine print on the coupon saying that 1) it needs to be signed 2) it is specific to a certain location and 3) it is intended for the sole recipient. Either way, I’m sorry, but isn’t the point of issuing a coupon to drive traffic into your restaurant? Why does it matter that I am coming in, and not my roommate? Either way someone is buying a burrito? I tell him that I would not have come into the restaurant without it. In all honesty, I should’ve left the food, as they can keep their mediocre burrito. The poor cashier, I could tell he wanted to help. This particular location has terrible customer service and terrible food, which is 100% unlike Moe’s. Needless to say I will not be back.

THEYHAVECRUNCHYICE. Almost worth 5 stars itself. The staff is friendly, the manager is always on the go checking on folks and the food is good. I like this place a lot.

The employees here are so nice! The customer service is absolutely incredible. My first time at a Moe’s(there is a menu posted on the wall) I was confused about how to customize your order down the assembly line. They walked me through it, happily. They always carry my tray over to the table, which is a nice touch. The food is good too! Always fresh and tasty. The atmosphere inside is very relaxed. I am always able to grab a quiet booth in the back. I will drive out of the way to visit this location.

Great, speedy, attentive service and everything you would expect from a Moe’s! I love this location because it’s close enough to service the Midtown workers with a short drive, and you skip the long lines and crowds. There’s ample parking too and a less-rushed environment. Great choice!

I normally don’t write fast food reviews but I was particularly impressed with this Moes location. Everything is clean, and the staff is friendly. The serving size wasn’t skimpy and the food tasted fresh. It seems they changed managers semi recently, and his name is Jaimey. He was walking around, greeting people, cleaning tables, etc. The staff was also greeting people by name and overall energetic. I was definitely impressed. Overall, I’d choose this location over the Colony Square location any day!

If you call this sorry, janky-ass dump, Mexican food, I’m sorry to break it to you, but you’ve never had real Mexican food. As someone who spent most of his life in California(LA and San Francisco) I was flabbergasted and repulsed at the nerve these people had feeding me this slop to put in my body. The WORST food I’ve had in Atlanta since I’ve arrived. The absolute WORST. EVER. The first Moe’s I went to was in Atlantic Station. I went there for a quick bite and as soon as I walked in I noticed the strong scent of cleaning chemicals while they were still open. The Staff must’ve been in a hurry to leave but the combination of the ingredients mixed with the chemicals made me nauseous so we turned around and walked right out. I thought I’d give Moe’s a second chance so I went to this location. I walked in and thought I’d get nachos, I mean how hard can it be screw up nachos? Super basic right? I’m going down their gruel line and strike 1: They don’t have refried beans! What? AYFK me? What Mexican place doesn’t have refried beans? FAIL. Strike 2: Lady asks me if I’d like queso sauce. Sure! They’re nachos after all. She lifts up a ladle and pours this white, watery, Mac n cheese powdered mix, looking(and tasting) diarrhea inducer all over my chips. Great! Now my chips are gonna be soggy, thanks! FAIL. Strike #3 I’m eating my soggy slop nachos and notice the distinct aroma of roach spray while I’m eating… I’m done– I can’t. I hadn’t even eaten a quarter of my meal when I took the basket of slop and placed it where it belonged, in the garbage. I was seriously disgusted and offended that I even put this crap in my body. Needless to say I will NEVEREVER eat at any Moe’s establishments again. EVER. I would suggest you heed my warning and find some real Mexican food cooked by people who have a passion for Mexican food not some sorry excuse for a fast food joint only focused on mass producing garbage for mass consumption.

It’s Moes. Not much to say. They know how to handle a rush of people at this location. There was about 20 of us that all piled in there at once this past Sunday. They had us through the line in no time. This isn’t the neatest of location, food is thrown together, floors need a good cleaning… but ithe food is good. Its fine. It’ll do.

Ok for fast-food Americanized Mexican food. This place is conveniently located by the park, but it’s so expensive. It was cool to hangout outside though.

When I lived in Boston for 3 years I used to dream about the homewrecker burrito. Imagine my surprise when I had one and it literally became true to its name. When the guy behind the counter screamed«Welcome to Moes!» I only got me more excited! I had the homewrecker with extra guac, no beans, steak and no sour cream. Little did I know, I paid $ 6.59 to not only get sexually harassed by a day laborer out front(yes, thank you, they’re not real) but I also paid $ 6.59 for exploding diarrhea. Yeah, I said it. I didn’t realize food poisoning came on so quickly and neither did the cop doing directional on Peachtree Street as I threw up everything I’ve eaten since 1997 roughly five feet from him. I also threw up in the parking lot at Publix, twice on Ponce and once in my office. I was waiting on my stomach to rip open and an alien to do the jig on my desk. Yes, that was a Meatballs reference. If you don’t get it, please stop reading. I called the store the next morning and spoke to Juan Valdez and he told me a manager would be calling. It’s been a month, my esophagus has healed but I am still waiting on that call…

I have to agree with the other reviewer, there is just one person that works there that makes this place less than a 5 Star but overall it’s totally worth it going on Mondays. One thing we always do is get the rice and beans on the side. They seem to fill up the burrito with more meat and it is easily a meal for two if you do it that way. We usually eat half and then refill our drinks and head home having two meals for $ 5, which is hard to beat for the quality. If you go, take your beater car because the parking lot is always full and the parking spaces are tiny.

The quality depends on the day you go. When you go on Moe Mondays they seem to skimp on the amount of food you get and it seems more dry and stale. And other day the food seems fresher and better.

Long lines but quick service, smells like mildew outside on the patio, won’t suggest eating outside.

I really like Moe’s. Their food is not amazing but their value is hard to beat. They are the only reasonable fast-dining option near Ansley Mall(their competition is the grocery store deli and Einstein Bagel). I have tried most of their menu items and the one that I prefer the most is the John Coctostan quesadilla. It is $ 3.29 and comes with free chips and salsa. The Personal Trainer taco salad for around $ 5 is also a good option when I get tired of my quesadilla routine. I also enjoy their water that you can spice up by adding a few fresh pieces of lemon and lime. The bathroom and the dining area are relatively clean. If you have a laptop, the planet smoothie wi-fi signal can be picked up inside. There are also two small tv’s inside if you want to watch tv, but the sound is set very low that it is hardly audible. This location also has some sort of reward program where you enter your phone number in a key pad near the cash register. Not sure what type of incentive they offer for patronizing this location, but it does not hurt to take five seconds to punch in 9 digits.

I really enjoy the food at Moe’s and this one in particular. Most of the staff is very friendly and will sometimes slip a little extra guac on your burrito. This location is pretty clean, plenty of places to sit, and several TVs to enjoy some(usually) sports. The best salsa is the El Guapo. Get it. Eat it. Enjoy it. Try the queso. It rocks. My fav is the Homewrecker with black olives and jalapenos.

You have to love a place where they yell, «Look at the hoes» when you walk in.(Humor me, will you?) I give a generous three stars because it’s cheap, they sell beer, it’s a convenient location, and they offer tofu as a meat substitute. Recipe for success. Unfortunately, the tastes are bland and the salsa has an odd aftertaste. Willy’s beats this chain hands-down.
