Midtown Market

I just recently moved to the midtown area and this corner store is right down the street from my house so it’s really convenient. The customer service and employees are all great and they really take care of you. Plus they have a HUGE wine and beer selection. Everything is a little pricey compared to some other places but look at the location so it’s understood.

I find this place disappointing.
They do have a lot of wine, and they have cigars. I prefer the wine selection (and prices) at Savi Provisions which is just a few blocks away.
Outside of the wine room (yes, they do have a tiny wine room, which it pretty cool), this place is extremely small with a very, very limited and expensive selection. Desultory employees, for the most part.
I wish they had a niche for themselves. I’m sure the rent is sky-​high, but instead of charging big bucks for the worst possible generic brand of paper towels, maybe they could instead sell high-​end picnic supplies for Piedmont Park goers?
If you are in need of a cool beverage, this place has some. If you’re in need of overpriced wine, this place has some. And if you live very close by and are desperate for toilet paper or some other household item, you might find one option here. It will be expensive, and you will wish you had walked further to Publix or CVS instead.

Our favorite convenient store. Unusually it is not trashy as other ones. People actually try to help you here unlike every other ones. Great wine and cigar secretions and over all amazing place.

A great little in-​town market, perfect for picking up some snacks and a bottle (or two) of wine — everything you need for an impromptu picnic in Piedmont Park.
Midtown Market offers a surprisingly diverse selection of goods and sundries in a clean, well-​managed storefront, wedged between Blake’s and G’s (formerly Gilbert’s) on 10^th street in the heart of midtown.
The proprietors are friendly and welcoming to all, whether you’re a regular or a first-​timer.

Picked up toothpaste when I was staying walking distance to here. They didnt gorge me.

Love stopping here for a water b4 the park. Sometimes get little man an ice cream. They also have great wine specials! Nice guy works the counter!

Soooo… about their wine selection. It’s AWESOME! I got almost two liters of Cabernet Sauvignon for $ 7.99 (because we all know the true way to rate wine is by volume/​cost).
Their Fanta selection? Equally as awesome. Orange, grape, and strawberry. It’s a little more expensive, but absolutely worth it.
