Just tried to go for lunch. Stood at the hostess stand for 10 minutes. All employees completely ignored me, avoiding eye contact. Obviously didn’t want my business so I left. Won’t be back.

Great, cheap, with giant portions. Wings are nice and crunchy, with a good variety of sauces. Only complaint is slow service. Will definitely come back. Man those wings were good. Fried chicken pretty good. Great texture but need more flavor.

Won’t be coming back. Foods ok in the past., Not sure what happened to Costumer Service. The place was empty but 2 tables. We saw 6 workers and none of them asked us to be seated for awhile. Glad there was a camera because nobody deserve to yelled at and mouthed at by a waitress when I asked why we haven’t been seated.

My wife and I waited for over five minutes plus to be seated during lunch in spite of the fact that there were numerous servers and personnel that looked directly at us. Although it was during lunch, it was neither busy or crowded. When the hostess finally emerged, my wife politely asked about the wait to be seated. The hostess became surly and defensive when a simple apology might have sufficed. We skipped eating at the mall and took our business elsewhere and will not be back.

Unfortunately, I visited here twice during 2015 and on both occasions, was very disappointed. The food and portions are still a fairly solid 4-stars but the service and management has nose-dived. The last time we went, I ordered spinach dip for the four of us. The dip was a nice portion for an appetizer but we only received a few chips with it. When I asked if we could get more chips, the waiter seemed stunned and said we could order another serving. I replied, we just want a few more chips so we can finish the dip. He went and ask his Manager supposedly, returned and said NO, «we can’t do that.» WHAT! It’s tortilla chips dude, not Lobster. I still have to shake my head and ask if that really happened. Lose a customer for pennies worth of chips, mind blowing. Don’t plan to return.

Five stars for the«Chicken Under Pressure.» That’s pressure-fried chicken. The concept is sort-of mind-boggling. This chicken is made to order, so it takes a little time, but I think the results are worth it. This chicken is soaked in buttermilk, tossed in a seasoned flour, and *pressure fried*. It was crispy and delicious. I had the four-piece dark meat combo. Almost too much for one person, you get to pick a dipping sauce or two. Of course, I picked the two hottest things on the menu: The Bombay Bomb, and the San Diego sauces. Both of them were pleasantly hot. They were each tasty and went very well with the chicken. I had a lingering burn on my lips that did not disappoint. The second time I went, I had the«No bones about it wings.» Deep fried chunks of lightly floured chicken, tossed in your choice of sauce. These looked so good when my friend had them the first time, that I had to give them a shot. I did the 10-piece thigh meat plate. This IS enough food for two people. Huge pieces of dark-meat, boneless, chicken«wings» A hands-down winner. I’d happily do this again. In fact, I’m getting hungry just thinking about this now. We also ordered some sides. The fried mushrooms and fried okra were each large enough to feed a small party of people. And I found the sautéed spinach & mushrooms to be too salty to eat. Sodas appear to be bottomless, and they have a modest selections of reasonably priced beers(and wines, too). There is SO much more on the menu, though really, I don’t think I’m ever going to get past the fried chicken. If you’re feeling up to it, there are things like Zucchini fries, chili, clam chowder, salads, sandwiches, tacos, burgers, steak, and variety of fried fish. Not to mention pasta. But again, I don’t think I’ll ever get past their fried chicken. Fork In The Road is part of Northlake Mall, so there is plenty of parking. And they have their own entrance. You won’t need to go into the mall to get there. The environs are strictly casual. And staff was friendly and personable. I’ll look forward to my next visit there. Holler if you’re coming with.

The service was amazing, but maybe it was because the manager was serving us. We couldn’t decide on a sauce so Bitsy brought out ALL the sauces for us to try for free! The chicken tenders are so good!

I’m happy that I found this great lunch spot! It has a very casual southern atmosphere with lots of televisions to enjoy your favorite sports games. The service was great. even though our group was big(9 people) we were seated right away. The first thing in the menu that got my attention was $ 2.95 house wine(red or white). I don’t care what time of the day it is, or what my meal consists of– I can have a glass of wine. To be honest, I was a little disappointed with their house wine though. It was watered down, not much flavor, so learned my lesson –i get what I pay for. I’ll try some other ones next time. Onto the food. I was amazed by how much food you get for the price you pay for. CHICKENUNDERPRESSURE6 pcs for $ 7.99 and they are ginormous!!! They are very delicious too! Takes about 20 min to cook, but so worth the wait. Highly recommended. NOBONESWINGS10 pcs for $ 7.99 as well with sauce from 20+ flavors you can choose from(I had Shanghai shenanigans and sweet heat flavors — both were great!). That’s a steal! And let me tell you, their fries are on point. Good fries really make a big difference in a meal. I’m not saying that they have the best chicken in Atl, but for that price, they are pretty epic. If you’re looking for a great meal without spending too much(and something more than a fast-food), try this place. You won’t be disappointed.

This is local for us and one of go to places as always Good Service and Food. Have had chicken, seafood, wraps, salads — all were hot, fresh and nicely seasoned. BIG portions and great variety of sides to choose from so often take home next days lunch. The staff is always friendly, helpful and attentive — something that is getting harder and harder to find in Atlanta — they have trained their staff well. If in the area well worth stopping in.

Gotta say I was pleased with the food. As someone else stated, this place is basically a diner. They have pretty wide selection on the menu. I tried the California Sea Bass. Good flavor. Not over cooked. The spinach was good. Definitely worth a try if u are looking for something u haven’t tried before. Don’t let the fact it’s attached to the mall deter you.

I did enjoy this place. My girlfriend and I made an unexpected stop here. Got the spinach/choke dip. My friend got the tenders and I got fried scallops and rings. All had good flavor. Love the dipping sauces! Will come back if in area and will try non-fried food. Sweet tea was good.

Fork In the Road is basically a great diner in an area where there are no good diners. Initially I was skeptical about a restaurant that was attached to a mall, but the old Crescent Moon spot is so yummy. The menu is huge, and so affordable. My husband raves about the perfectly fried chicken fingers. The fries are great. I have gotten many different seafood items and they have all been really tasty. If you are in the mood for clam strips, FITR has wonderful ones. I know of no other place where I can get delicious grilled scallops or stuffed flounder for under 15 bucks. The cornbread is like really good Jiffy, and there is nothing wrong with that! What a happy discovery!

Yum. I’ve been twice. I have scallops the first time i went and was so surprised that they were real! Not those tiny little frozen things that just taste like generic seafood. Dang it… now im having a craving for them just thinking about it. The second time i went i got chicken fingers… ate them for two days the portion was so generous. Im a fan of the variety of dipping sauces. We’ve had great service both times. The first time i was in a 10+ person party and they handled us all quickly and got all the orders right.

Good food, good service — best burgers in Atlanta! Coming from California it was EXTREMELYHARD to find good burgers(and good BBQ… and good Chinese Food… and good Mexican food…) in and near Atlanta Metro but we found this place from a very good source(the cook’s mother :). During my stay in the Tucker area this was my spot not just for Burgers but for a variety of dishes which were all good! They also have decent portion sizes which make everything proportionate to the prices. I moved far away from them but since I have settled in I made the trip and visited them again — still good everything!

Great lunch spot. The portions are huge and there is also a great menu selection. Their friend chicken under pressure is terrific but is also cooked to order so don’t order it if you’re in a hurry. The philly cheese steak is one of my favorites and comes out of the kitchen quickly. Good, fun, relaxed atmosphere is great for a lunch group and they even have a nice outside patio although the view is of the mall parking lot. Good selection of draught beers adds to the overall appeal for me and the fact that they offer fries, Cajun fries, kettle chips, and tater tots shows they make great use of a potato! Service is fast and friendly too. The dining area is spacious with lots of tables and a good number of booths and the bar seats about 10 comfortably. The music is eclectic soul. There’s also plenty of flat screen TVs for your sports watching pleasure. All in all a great place to check out!

Wow. Whoa. I just happened to Unilocal across this place. The food is excellent, the staff are the most friendly people in the world. Beer prices are dirt cheap, food prices are unreal compared to portion size. I had the lemon pepper salmon. It was a minimum 15oz of salmon. I hate corn bread, I ate it all. Spinach and Mushrooms as a side!!! Try it!!!

My first visit… Placed a phone order with no problem. Web menu prices were different from actual price so my food was cheaper(no complaints). Ordered grilled tilapia with Cajun spices… delicious! Even got an extra piece of fish with my order. Cornbread muffin was the bomb! Definitely going back!

My non-yelper friend actually showed me this place, but encouraged me to write a review. He and his partner have been going here for years, but it was my first time. We were at Northlake Mall looking for a lunch spot so it was convenient. I like how diverse their menu is, but still affordable. I decided it was going to be a salad day when my friend decided to get the Cali salad and I decided to get the Carolina salad. My salad had amazingly seasoned, warm, perfectly cooked shrimp with a mix of bacon bits, cheese, lettuce, and carrots. I chose the fat-free balsamic for my dressing. It was fresh and everything I was needing! Service was excellent and atmosphere was great for conversation.
