Had to wait for our server to become available because she was having to bus and clean her own tables, no bus person was present. We noticed there was no bus person present for the entire dining area we were seated in. We noticed there was at least 1 bus person in the front/bar area, however they(both males) seemed more interested in clowning around with the hostesses. Current Health Score: 88

Ordered my steak medium, it came medium rare. My date ordered his medium and it came out well done. The restaurant smells like mildew. Server was polite and attentive despite a few mistakes. Gotta love those biscuits, tho.

I got the trio with the coconut shrimp, hot Bbq shrimp & Alaskan shrimp. The service was not the best. I was a little surprised. Usually this location is very attentive. This was not the case this trip. My server took forever to take our food order & I almost left. The shrimp Was great but the wait was horrible. It wasn’t packed so I expected better from them. Good location. Bad night.

Lots of red lobster restaurant is great! This location, however, is okay. Right when my friends and I went in the hostess was not at the front. We waited for a good 5 – 8 mins. When she came she was very nice and sat us in a booth. Then it took a good 10 mins for the server to even recognize us. We got our drinks and the server told us she will be right back to take our orders. But. it was not«right back» it took a good 15 mins for her to come back. We ordered and our food was delicious! The whole process of waiting and waiting was a down side. If you are in a hurry don’t go to this location. But if you want good quality food then go!(:

Having been to one of red lobster diner in NYC previously i was expecting a similar experience but it was definitely worse… This place is alright but didnt particularly enjoy my meal or experience. as i am not a fan of seafood, and as i went there just to accompany friends for endless shrimp sunday, i just got chicken ceaser salad, clam chowder and lobster tail. Clam chowder was the worst clam chowder i ever tasted. i am a big fan of ceaser salad but the lettuce didnt taste fresh. roasted lobster tail was alright but i feel like i can get better tasting ones somewhere else. Overall not a horrible place to dine but it is nothing special. but those biscuits… hmmm so yummy

Came here for lunch the other day. Food was ok. Had the shrimp pasta lunch size. What really bothered me was how the bartender acted like she had somewhere better to be. Instead of refilling my empty glass she was telling her coworker about a fight with her boyfriend. Mess. Don’t know if I’ll be back to this location. Maybe sit at a table instead of bar next time

I’m not a fan of Red Lobster but my mother loves this place. When we have a girls day where do we eat… Red Lobster. This was my first time at this location and it was pleasurable. We were seated quickly and our server Darius was attentive. The food was pretty good and I love that lunch portions are available even on the weekends.

We ate at this location around 3pm today: The food was ok. The lobster in our appetizer dip was like chewing on a pencil eraser. The shrimp and scallop Alfredo was so-so. The shrimp and scallops were cooked perfectly, but there was literally a pool of butter in the bottom of the dish(even while the pasta was still in it). Salad and soup were good and biscuits were on point. Service was nice, but incredibly slow. …and my favorite part of why we will never be back? Upon entering, we were met by two hostesses(one who I believe was actually a manager) who asked how many and then told us to «wait over there» for someone to seat us. Mind you, we were the only people in the waiting area. We waited for probably 3 minutes, and another woman came in… when I was then told to «move further up»(so, there is now only 3 of us in this huge waiting area). When I asked«move up where?» She decided that we were in the wrong place by two feet. There are literally probably four open benches at this point and zero reason for her to be bossing people into standing in a 2 foot radius. Another hostess(the 3rd person we’ve had contact with) comes and seats us, and she’s nice. I don’t know what kind of power-tripping manager they’ve hired, but even slow service and so-so(pricey) food aside, I will never be back to that location. That is a terrible first impression for any customer, and this is coming from someone who has worked in restaurant management.

The only thing that earned this Red Lobster a star was violet the bartender! Tried to serve us old food that has been sitting and they were out of everything ! Second time in a year and a ½ this location is a TOTAL mess!

It was the best Red Lobster experience I have ever had, with the service being friendly and efficient. I had the salmon, grilled shrimp and Lobster tail served with green beans and small roasted tomatoes. The toss salad was fresh and who can pass up the biscuits! Good food & Service, winning combination.

Store #91 on LaVista Rd. OMG!!! Doesn’t this look good? Well, I wouldn’t freaking know cause it’s been 30 min since I got my meal but I hate to eat when the rest of my table is waiting for their food. No drinks when they were ordered and it was our friends birthday, 10 in the party and we had 3 servers. It makes no DAMN sense and I’m not happy at all. They don’t do well with groups, I think it’s too much for them and they can’t handle them. It’s been a long time since I’m been to a Red Lobster and after tonight, it may very well be my last or it will be a very long time before I visit again. NOTVERYHAPPY.

I don’t like seafood, but it was my Anniversary and I let my hubby choose the dinner location. He picked this Red lobster, the food was great. I even tried the fried shrimp and loved it. Will be returning, and i will be having shrimp.

Got food poisoning. I wish I saw the score issued by the public health inspection posted near the lobster tank with a score of 73. I’m kicking myself.

Man, Red Lobster is where it’s at. There is something truly comforting about dining at a chain. I’m not sure what it is, but it reminds me of my childhood when we were dependent on deals at our local chains — Chili’s, TGIFridays, Bennigan’s, etc. The food quality may not be top notch, things are probs made elsewhere, laden with trans fat, etc… but so comforting like a warm down comforter on a wintry day =) =) =) Actually I grew up in SoFla so prob like a sturdy umbrella during crazy rain storms lolz. Those biscuits. MYGOODNESSTHOSEBISCUITS. I can eat anything with Old Bay on it, so those cheddar bay biscuits with Old Bay seasoning baked into them — WOWBUTTERY delicious goodness. And they’re free. Can’t beat that. The food here never ever disappoints me. I often leave in a food coma state and just really happy and giddy. The fried shrimp is perfection. I’ve also had the lobster pizza(it’s an appetizer that my friend Mona P. ordered) and wow — it tastes gourmet. Legit. I’ve also done their unlimited shrimp deal and our service was out of this world. She never came off as irritated, was always timely, and just really took care of us in a very nurturing manner. It feels funny to rate a chain 5 stars but this location has some of the best seafood I’ve had.

The food was very well prepared and tasted great. I ordered steak, shrimp, mashed potatoes and asparagus with a side salad. The steak was prepared just as I had ordered and they have me a hefty portion of asparagus. Brandon the waiter was very friendly and professional.

Had lunch with a friend on a relatively slow Friday afternoon. Our server was friendly, accurate and made excellent suggestions. The blackened salmon was seasoned and cooked to perfection. I would return without hesitation.

The restaurant smelled — a stale, musty, unappetizing smell. I had lobster tail, which was all right, but needed to be cooked a little more. Baked potato was practically raw, and when the server brought a replacement, it was pretty much the same. Server was inattentive. Cheesecake was not right.

First off, compared to other Red Lobster locations, this place has some outstanding service. Hostess is quick to seat and waiters are very attentive. I’ve been here multiple times over the years and they never disappoint. Food is delicious and I’ve never had to send anything back. Love their Blackened Salmon! My favorite. Their pastas are pretty good as well. We can’t forget the unlimited biscuits that are packed with buttery calories, but who can resist?

I have come to this location several time in the past and I’ve always had good service. The food at this location is so/so. Sometimes it comes out cold, sometimes it’s hot and fresh, and other times it’s over cooked.

We have an annual tradition of attending shrimp fest with friends, and collectively enjoying the company and endless shrimp. This year we were frustrated that it took 40 minutes to be seated, BUT the servers more than made up for it. They were cheerful and absolutely attentive. We loved R.U. and Arnod(may be spelled wrong). Nice work red lobster!
