Envision a busy Friday at an eye glasses store where children, adults and even dogs alike are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Now envision a group of ladies, almost angelic like, calmly lending a hand, putting out fires all at the same time while keeping a smile on their faces. Got it? Good! That should sum up my entire experience for you. Now, who wouldn’t want to experience that? Glasses for two of my girls, which meant choosing 4 pairs because I took advantage of their 2 for $ 99 special. I was helped by three different ladies who all worked together to get the job done. There was none of that, «well, that’s your customer, I have my own to deal with» kind of thing. Everyone helped out to get the job done and that’s what I like, that’s how I like to be served. It was a long process, my older daughter had to get an eye exam and she told me that the doctor was very nice and took his time with her. That part was quick and easy. It was the choosing of eye glasses for two girls(who are just like their mama), it had to be the right look, style, shape, color. I needed reinforcement so one of the ladies, very patiently, helped us to find what they wanted. It was a great experience overall. I will definitely be back for any additional service their glasses might need.
