The variety of chicken dishes they permitted you to sample were comparable to your standard mall fare, but the rice was delicious. The girl that prepared my order looked disappointed that I only ended up buying rice after sampling 3 or 4 of the chicken dishes, but really, the rice is the only thing that stood out.

So I ate at this place and it is bizarre to me that its called Big Easy Cajun. Also this is in the mall food court. It has no chop sticks. Also their food containers are smaller then back west(I am from SoCal). But all the Chinese food places in the mall use the same smaller containers so at the mall its the only option. I got food from here and my wife got it from the Chinese food next to it called Mandarin Express. Both had about the same equality food. I did like the Mandarin Expresses Orange chicken better then Cajuns Honey chicken. Mandarins was more crisp, maybe because it was fresher? Mandarin does have more customers so they probably do turn their food over quicker. Also cajuns just looks more dark and run down in comparison to Mandarin Express. So in conclusion It seems average in this mall in comparison to the other Chinese food places in the food court. Cajun was 6.35 where Mandarin was 6.67 for the same thing. So average Chinese food, neither really stood out.

What this place lacks for in quality they try to make up for in quantity. This is sub par mall food. The food is not as tasty as the other places in the food court but it is inexpensive and quantity. Every place in the food court has Pros and Cons. This one is no different.
