You know how once you work for some place, you don’t love it anymore? Well, the opposite happened here. I’m a HUGE fan of American Eagle! As a former employee of American Eagle here, I’m at liberty to say that we definitely try our best to give you, the customer, the best experience possible. This store isn’t the biggest store, but it delivers and if you want something you saw online, just give us the style number and we can either ship it to the store and you can pick it up(no shipping charges) or to your house with applicable shipping charges. If you want to reserve something, we’ll put it in a closet and we’ll hold it for 24 hours. When I left, there were 3 managers and all three are very down to Earth people. You’ll probably run into Jose a bit, the main manager and have a conversation with him– a really cool guy! One thing though, we were always a bit understaffed during prime time but just be patient, take out the clothes from their hangers, your money out of your wallet, and price questions ready when you get to the scanner so we’ll take care of you as fast as possible. Another thing, AE always has this thing called a rewards card– for both AE and Aerie, its sister subset(Martin and Osa is closing) — just sign up for it. It’s worth it, promise. Live Your Life, American Eagle!
