One of our favorite brunch places. I like the Hey Lucy and Popeye’s Favorite, and my wife always goes with the gluten free pancake.

Food and service is excellent at this location. Portions are a bit on the small side however.

Always crowded. Food is great. If you like to drink dirt, their coffee is for you.

I get the Mardi Gras omelette which has shrimp, chicken sausage, crawfish and more New Orleans goodness. The potatoes served with the Mardi Gras entrée are delicious as well. The coffee mugs at the café are cute as well. Server is usually pretty good as well. You gotta watch out how they cook your eggs though, they can sometimes dry them out and that’s not good.

Went here for brunch with the family and had a horrible experience! We were seated on the patio and after being served our drinks completely abandoned!!! People all around us with different servers were being seated and served while we sat and patiently waited, my husband insisted not to complain. After almost an hour even he was pissed!!! We finally ask to speak with a manager and our whole meal was comped but I was too upset to even eat! Apparently our waiter forgot about us and wasn’t even nice enough to apologize he just avoided us the whole time. Food was just sub par not amazing, and definitely not whole the wait. It’s a shame because it’s a nice atmosphere and right away the corner from where we live but I will never return here!

Really slow service. They messed up all of our orders. The food was stale and dry and seemed as if it has been sitting out for about 30 minutes before it was served. Nobody refilled our coffee. We didn’t have cutlery. The food wasn’t worth the wait, it’s like ihop quality for more money and worse service. Don’t bother coming here.

The atmosphere was great, but the food and service wasn’t. We literally had to ask our waiter 5 times just for a few lemon slices. I had their famous shrimp and grits and was highly disappointed. The grits were very watery and there weren’t that many shrimp. Shrimp and grits is my staple dish and I love to compare it from the many places it’s offered in the south. By far, this was the worst, by far.

My boyfriend & I came to check this place out for brunch on a Saturday afternoon. We immediately noticed some pups on the patio & wished we had brought ours. Next time! We were seated immediately without a wait. Perfect. I had the biscuits & gravy with city grits & a latte. The biscuits were really good– fluffy & perfect for a classic B&G. The sausage that came with it was not my fav. It was tough… So tough I couldn’t even cut into it. I passed them over to the boyfriend. My latte was meh– next time I think I’ll try one of their mimosas or bloodys. We both had the city grits & we couldn’t get enough of those. He had the SW scramble, mostly because he’s obsessed with anything chorizo, and it did not disappoint. Our waiter was friendly & attentive. We will likely be back!

I live close to this place, so have been many times. I’m okay with the quaint atmosphere it’s sort of «grandma chic» with random roosters and wall decorations. I like the friendly staff. The menu infuriates me, they calim to be «creative» but for my taste mostly everything has too many ingredients and strange combinations. Perhaps more frustrating is the use of sub-par ingredients like liquid eggs for scrambled eggs and omelettes(always over cooked), out of the freezer bagels, average super market style breads, and the list goes on. They serve the absolute worst version of oatmeal I have ever experienced. It is dry and strangely textured. I will say they make a good buttermilk pancake, but for the life of me, I cannot understand the bad coffee. My last visit it tasted acidic and burnt. There are better quality breakfast concepts that pay more attention to quality ingredients like First Watch.

Omg this food is so good ! It’s not very pricey and the food is Always fresh ! This is a good spot for a date, guest in town, or a group. The décor reminds you of a New Orleans/French restaurant ! A must go

Great food. Super flavorful. Well cooked. I ordered eggs benedict with lobster instead of ham. It was so good. The lobster was warm and buttery. And the substituting the ham wasnt expensive(only like $ 2) which is a plus. Parking was easy. There was a wait to be seated but they text us when the table was ready and there are many of nearby shops so we werent bored. I would definitely go back.

I didn’t like this like this particular visit. Me, my husband, & toddler visited on Saturday morning(2÷20÷16). The waitress got mean and sassy with my husband about putting dirty plates on the table next to us as our table got overcrowded. The waitress was slow about moving dirty plates that we were done with from the table… as the table got overcrowded and there wasn’t enough room for new plates. What did she want us to do? Hold the old plates up in the air in our hands when there was no where to put them… and she was nowhere to be found… and attempt to eat the new food that she had just brought to us. The second time we needed her to move plates she had nothing in her hands except one of those big round trays that she used to bring food to the table next to us. Since her hands were free, I asked her to take our dirty plates. Also, I thought she could’ve used that empty tray. She told me she’d be right back and took nothing even though she had nothing in her hands. The manager came and moved the plates. But he dropped one of the plates with old food on my purse and diaper bag. Food pieces dropped all over my things. The waitress came back way later on and ask if someone move our dirty plates. Our check has our server’s name was Elizabeth. When and if you are to go there, you may want to ask for a different server. Ours had attitude. Especially when I asked her to move dirty dishes from the table and she responded she’ll be back(even though her hands were free with an empty large tray that’s normally used to hold dishes). This was after she had snapped on my husband for removing dirty dishes from our table. May I also add again that it took her a long time to come(right back). The manager came and removed them.

This place is great! Its probably one of the best brunch spots in Atlanta. Its a bit on the pricey side, but you should definitely treat yourself here once in a while. I had one of their signature benedicts-The«Eggs Blackstone» without the bacon and it was amazing. Give this place a try and you won’t be disappointed.

Really not a big fan. people kept saying how awesome this food was so my expectations were set very high the food in my opinion was just average I could have cooked the same thing at home … All in all we got there at 12 pm on a Sunday and we were quoted 45 min-1 he. Cool no worries that’s about the average wait time for a Sunday … BUT what was really disturbing is that there were people who came in after us who got seated before us now there was 4 of us and I was noticing that people getting seated were in parties of 3 or more this was very disturbing. The hostess had a party of TWO waiting for almost two hours and the guy actually got irritated and spoke up. I try to be considerate of restaurants during busy time but this was very frustrating. We didn’t get seated until About 1:30 and the restaurant closes at 2 pm… I may try this place again but honestly I would prefer to go to IHOP over this *shrugs*

I wasn’t impressed but I can’t say I was disappointed. I’ve had eggs hundreds of places and always wonder why one place thinks they make eggs better than any other place. Even I can cook eggs. Well, Broken Egg made this claim and left me hanging. I was stuck in meh mode during my whole meal. Better than OK but it missed the mark on the claims it made. I tried the Mardi Gras omelette which was a medley of shrimp, crawfish and andouillie sausage with Cajun seasoning and a tomato based gravy. With crawfish, I’m realizing that fresh is the only way I can eat those critters. The crawfish had a fishy after taste. Everything else was unremarkable but definitely not bad.

Sometimes you wake up late and still want breakfast… Another Broken Egg to the rescue! I woke up with Banana Foster’s French Toast on the brain so I decided to call in my order. I called the bar and placed my order. The young lady that answered the phone at the bar was extremely nice and did a great job taking my order. I arrived to pick up my order about 15 minutes later and paid. Everything went smoothly. I sat at the bar, paid, and my food was brought right out. The young lady at the bar(1÷30÷16) was very good at tending to me. Her smile was quite nice too… I’m sure that’s probably what distracted me from not checking my order and realizing that my eggs and sausage weren’t placed in my order as they should’ve been. Thwarted by the forces of evil once again! So with that being said, I should probably do a better job of checking my order before picking up things from here and ABE should probably double check things before they go out. I will take 50% of the blame on this one for being discombobulated by the beauty at the bar. It always sucks getting home and realizing that your order isn’t exactly right… And you dont feel like going back. Whoever reads this… at least tell the caramel complected, bright smiled, around 5’5 lady at the bar I said hi! Lol. My Banana foster’s French Toast and grits was good… it would’ve been even better with my eggs and sausage tho.

Walked in the store, got sat down right away and received my water almost immediately. The place was nearly empty of customers. I waited about 7 to 8 minutes for someone to come to my table to take my order and was disappointed. I left and went down the walkway to Zoe’s Kitchen. Placed my order, sat down & within 5 minutes I received my delectable. Greek salad —that’s what I call service!!!

Hot damn, that was the best chipotle flavored Tabasco sauce I have ever tasted, literally filling my palette with bliss. If that was not enough, the stylish coffee cups which housed the local brew were, well, cute. But the fun does not stop there, the brown paper wrapped sugar packets really tied the whole experience together. Unfortunately, we ran out of time and were unable to partake and any of the jelly packets, which is unfortunate due to the fact that I fell they really would have tied in well with the orange seeds that were located in the bowl the waiter brought out… Next time perhaps.

Friend and I went to celebrate my birthday. I actually intended to go to Egg Harbor Café, but we ended up here. Ooops. :-) All is well, though. We arrived and there was quite a wait. They gave us a pager so we were able to explore the shopping center during the wait. Even then, it seemed like forever. I was conflicted in my choice– pick the cinnamon roll french toast or the bananas foster pancakes. I opted for the former, but I’d like to try the latter another time. It was very good, but a tad bit too sweet. The sides(bacon and eggs) were prefectly cooked and yummy.

I love the Southern hospitality here in Atlanta proper… even in the largest city in the South, the people and wait staff are genuinely warm and friendly. This was borne out again today with my b’fast stop at Another Broken Egg Café where I encountered warm smiles and highly attentive service. Hailing from Metro Detroit, where I occasionally experience the 5-star service, I never cease to be amazed with the consistency of the high quality of restaurant service in This Southern state. I ordered the«Supreme» omelette which, like a the pizza, contained all the usual suspects including sausage, bacon, sautéed onions & ‘shrooms and covered with a nice Cheddar Jack. It was served with rather non-descript potatoes and your typical English muffin. Overall, the Egg came through with an above average breakfast combined with excellent service… a solid cuatro.

There’s nothing like a great lively brunch with friends and this place certainly did not disappoint. I enjoyed brunch on Halloween this year with a party of 7(4adults/3 children). I initially called ahead to see if we could find out the wait time and was informed about an app called«No Wait» that would allow me to see how long the current wait time was as well as add my party to the waiting list without having to physically be there. Needless to say, we still waited about 10 minutes after we arrived but it wasn’t too bad. Workers and customers were both dressed up for Halloween which made for a very interesting experience to say the least. To be honest, my breakfast was damn good. So damn good, I can’t even recall what anybody else ate because it didn’t matter. I overindulged in the Cinnamon Roll French Toast. This thick sliced French toast was layered with this tasty cream cheese, mixed berries and banana foster sauce — I know sounds ridiculously sweet but the tart mixed berries helped to cancel out the other sweet toppings. Friends, this wasn’t even the highlight of my meal. The highlight of my meal came from an appetizer we didn’t even order – it was complimentary for first time visitors. The Biscuit Beignets! Holy cow – you have got to try these things! If I knew they were that good – I would have ordered the beignets, some coffee or hot cocoa all to myself and had several seats! Yaaassssss these Beignets gave me life honey! Please go. Enjoy.

This our second time visiting Another Broken Egg, except the first time was in panama city beach. I can honestly say the food and service remained the same… Good, but not amazing. I will visit this place again, because the food is OK and the service is good.

Food– A Service– B. Started off great with the waiter offering us a free app because it was my first time there. Then he forgot to bring it to us, saying«Oh, I didn’t bring it out yet?» when we finally asked about it… Next, he brought me a simply chicken meal when I ordered simply salmon… And I don’t eat meat so I know I didn’t misspeak. He didn’t even apologize… Was just very spacey. I was let down by the service since I waited one hour to eat here on a Saturday. Overall, would come here again if I didn’t have the same waiter.

This place came highly recommend so my husband and I decided to give it a try one morning. We were not disappointed! He had pancakes, eggs, grits and sausage. I had medeterain potatoes with feta cheese and they were so delicious. The food came out quick and the server was friendly and knowledgeable of the menus. Overall I would certainly return for another breakfast experience.

Service, Beignet biscuits — A++ Food — B– My omelet came out and it was obvious because of the set of the cheese that it had been sitting for a while before being brought out to me. That, in turn, resulted in an omelet that had set and become a bit heavy. However, immediately upon notifying our server, Todd, of the issues, he took steps to remedy the situation. Additionally, the manager, Jim, came over as a follow up to hear our concerns. As an overall experience, we are certainly willing to try it again.

My friend and I stumbled into this place after checking Unilocal. It was walking distance from his apartment. Wearing jeans, t-shirts, and baseball caps, we definitely felt under-dressed. Most of the clientele was upper class, well-dressed, middle-aged white folks. We overheard some of them attempting to dissect the notes they tasted in their breakfast. Our waiter asked if we had been here before. When we said«no,» he gave free beignets with marmalade jelly! These were small beignets but some of the best I’ve ever had. I ordered the«city grits.» Lukewarm but so creamy and filled with bacon, chives, and tomatoes. Delicious. I would give 5 stars if I tried more, but I only had two appetizers. Well done, though.

A great spot for a weekend brunch! I arrived here on a Sunday afternoon for a birthday brunch and was very satisfied! It’s a smaller restaurant that is nicely decorated and feels at home when you walk in. We had a larger group so the wait was longer, but the manager was kind enough to compliment us with some free delicious appetizers. I ordered the Bacquezo(Ba-Key-Zo!). It was actually really delicious. An odd combination of chorizo cream cheese and bacon, there were no leftovers! I also countered this omelette with a little alcoholic beverage that was also quite tasty. Quality service and affordable, I couldn’t ask for more. Make a reservation it’ll save you time!

Employees are amazing but food wasn’t very good. The cinnamon roll french toast had frozen berries on it, and then warmed up. The juice from the frozen berries soaked into the rolls making them extremely soggy with bad flavor. The banana foster waffle must have sat in the kitchen a while before bringing it out. The syrup soaked into the waffle making it super soggy. Bananas were overly ripe and brown. Home fries stayed under heat lamp too long or they were old. Not fresh, no flavor.

I’m a fan!!! Another Broken Egg rolled out all the bells and whistles… My friend and I were in the area and decided to stop off for breakfast this past Sunday morning and my tummy & taste buds both thanked me. The service was great!!! Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. She actually made a few suggestions, which was hard to decide with so many great options, settled on the southwestern scramble which came with Guacamole and salsa and 2 flour tortillas. My scramble was very good, it was also served with a side of potatoes — yum!!! The portions were nice, I ended up taking half of my scramble home for later. The coffee was pretty strong, I actually used a few half and half packets to lighten it up a bit, the coffee was served out of the cutest little mugs, they put you in the mind of a little kettle bells . We were also served these yummy little biscuit beignet(is what they called them) which were so good, served with this orange glaze — superb! The biscuit beignet puts you in the mind of those little Debby coffee cakes from back in the day. They were good!!! Good service! Great food! Definitely a great breakfast option.
