I am a very diligent and cautious consumer when it comes to products and even more importantly working with companies. Glen was a fantastic rep! He was VERY patient with us through the entire purchasing process… providing all the detail and explanation he could.
When it came time for the install, the team was very professional and communicative. The process went exactly as they said it would and they even finished ahead of schedule. I would recommend them to anyone.

From the first estimate to the finished product, we have been delighted with AM Sun. The first person we met with, Glen, was very patient with our questions and our need to time the installation with tax time. He replied to each call and text very quickly. Nathan and his crew were friendly and courteous and worked hard to beat the weather! I appreciate the small details such as finding the correct paint color for a touch up on the house where they had to cut the siding. We are loving our almost non existent electricity bill!!! We will definitely recommend AM Sun to our friends.

We shopped around before making our decision, when we spoke to Glen who was very helpful, our decision was made. Amy was absolutely the greatest !!! When I would call with various questions regarding the installation, Amy was very thorough in her explanations and kept us up to date regarding every step that would be occurring. I shopped around for a solar system and found A.M. Sun Solar to be the best bargain for the money. I had a little concern that they were going to cut corners but was pleasantly surprised to find they did a first class job. They were great about keeping us informed each step of the way. When the panels were installed it was 107 degrees but the crew doing the installation work carried on through and insisted on working. They made a heroic effort to complete the work as promised.
We bought the system out right but A.M. Sun offers several different options to get a system installed.

to a $ 300.00 /​mo. payment to the credit union on a 12 year plan.
Plus a $ 10,000.00 Tax credit
Our annual PG&E projected bill is $ 144.00 FOR THE YEAR. Yoo Hoo.

We had the opportunity to evaluate the company over a year and a half ago when they installed their system on a friend’s house. These people have been completely satisfied if not thrilled with the product and the performance. We then watched the process from the beginning with, yet, another friend. Immediately we were impressed with the ability of the contact person to answer any and every question the next day if not directly after asking via email or phone call any time of day or holiday. We evaluated the smooth installation and competency of everyone involved. No delays, no hidden surprises. Again, this friend was very pleased with the company and the solar performance. So we dove in. Two systems later — one on our office and one on our home — we experienced first hand the professionalism, proficiency, knowledge, interaction with both county inspection and PG&E, speed of the process and the consistency of personnel in the company. The products used are first rate (we chose LG high efficiency panels) with a track record of good customer support. From the office manager to installation crew and the very knowledgable and low key sales contact AND follow up visit, these local people are greatly invested in their company and it shows.

We had this company install a solar system at our ranch many years ago. It has been a pleasure to deal with everyone in this company. Over the years they have been a tremendous help in maintaining the system and even recently doing all the paper work required for PG & E to Add another meter to our existing one. At no extra charge! The sales people are knowledgeable, the technicians get the job done and the office people are remarkable. I wish our government ran like this!
