Weve been doing work with chris construction for a year or so. And if your in the construction industry you know finding a reliable General contractor is hard. These guys have been on time to every appointment I’ve set with or for them. My customers satisfaction is number one for me. I’ve never had any bad complaints about this company. All in all great company to work with the main guy mike is amazing clean cut and very polite. Chris the owner is a great honest true to his word man. Thanks guy can’t wait tell the next one!

We hired Chris’ company to build a shed. It is fabulous. We could live in it if we needed to. Very good job. I couldn’t be happier.

Really happy I found these guys. Having no skills in home repair and maintenance, I hire help for everything beyond the very basic (hanging a picture frame is the best I can do).
There’s not many companies to choose from in our small community — the few I contacted were either too busy or didn’t feel right for the job.
Chris and his crew showed up on time and explained (in detail) what they recommended for painting my house (stucco). I didn’t want to repaint the entire house, and they warned me that it’s very hard to match paint on stucco (which I was prepared for). I asked them to do their best, and they did way better than I was expecting. They got the job done on time, and under budget.
So happy with that job, I asked them to quote me on repairing my rooftop deck (stucco again). They gave a fair quote and explained what they would do. It all made sense. They took care of everything, didn’t even have to give them a key to my house (they got up and down to my roof from a ladder). They moved all the stuff off the deck and got the job done quickly. They let me know a light was accidentally broken and replaced it right away. It’s nice to see a company stand by their workmanship!
Couldn’t be happier with the results, the deck looks great! More projects to come guys!

I was so excited to finally begin repairs on my home and after calling for 3 business days I still couldn’t get any confirmation for an appt. This call was a leak/​plumbing issue and needed fairly quick assessment.
Makes me lose confidence in the repair if I can’t even get an appt. after 3 business days. I really wanted to use these guys and had a lengthy honey do list.
Bummed…

I asked for some unique decking in the back yard, to include a mount for my telescope. We shook hands, and he had a crew on site the next morning. The crew worked every day, including Saturday, until the work was done. I have never experienced this kind of service from any contractor. The work was artistically designed, expertly installed, and exceeded my wildest expectations in every respect. Every member of the crew was polite, professional, and VERY hard working. They listened to what I wanted, and made changes for me, as the project progressed. When the work was complete, we discussed an additional piece of work, and the crew completed it the next day. I have found my contractor for any future work. If you call Chris, you will have found yours, too.

I called these guys for help with a couple of minor door-​related issues (after getting blown off by The Door Guy). They showed up on time and got the job done promptly and professionally. I’ll be calling them again for future projects.

I am impressed with the custom work they did remodeling a bathroom to be ADA Compliant. Beautiful custom woodwork, tiling, and cabinetry. Very courteous, professional and affordable. I would refer them to anyone.

Excellent service! I contacted them Tuesday for miscellaneous odd jobs, they were able to come the next day. That in itself was impressive! My technician was Rich, he was so polite and friendly. I was paying by the hour, and unlike many other companies, he didn’t try to take advantage of the situation, and got right to work and stayed focused. His work was great, but I was even more impressed with how clean he was! He offered to vacuum after himself! One of the tasks I hired him to do was take down Xmas lights and while he was up there he took the liberty to check my gutters and clean out one that was a little backed up. He even got on his hands and knees to pick up pieces from our grass and sprayed the house down where some of the gutter gunk splashed on the house. Now that is service! I will definitely hire them again, and ask for a Rich!

Chris, Mike and their team did an awesome job on our house in San Luis Obispo. They put in new floors, remodeled a bathroom, laid bricks in the yard, painted the entire interior and repaired various electrical and pluming problems. Not only did they do a great job, they did it all in about 3 weeks and were true to their estimates! A great team to work with.

I hired Chris’s Handyman services to remodel my kitchen and living room. Chris o my vision and made it reality. The worker men were always on time, they used quality materials and the work was always one on time. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with my new kitchen. I would absolutly refer Chris’s Handyman services o friend and family and would definitly use them for future projects.
