FIX YOUR SODA MACHINE!
I stopped going to this location about 3 years ago because the diet coke was always flat even after a few days giving them a chance to refill the cartridge.
So now after years I’m walking by and I really feel like a fountain soda so I stop in and the machine is still giving out FLAT warm soda! The operator was like «just take a bottle» which is a decent substitute but I prefer fountain soda. The machine also had no ice and the operator had to pull me some cubes from the back. Based on his reaction to everything I could tell he knew his machine was a piece of shit.

stay away if you are on a lunch break. Friday 1:30 PM three people waiting but no staff. Customer setting said O the guy ran out to bank. More that time minutes later he showed up. Real who leaves a restaurants with no staff at lunch hour?

Terrible place, the guy just gave a cold chicken breast in the sandwich, also the guy is rude and the place is dirty

I heard there were mouses here through rumors but meh, it’s okay. This particular Subway’s is very small and they don’t seem to be as good as the other Subway’s nearby.

This has got to be one of the smallest Subway’s I have ever been too. Locate a few short steps from the N/​Q train. The sandwich here are pretty much like any other subway. The ingredients used to make the sandwich were fresh and and bread was freshly baked and has in fact just came out of the oven.
The staff appear bored and not very friendly. I was barely knowledges when I work in and while at the counter to order the girl just looked at me like what to want and you hurry up so I can go back to whatever it is I was doing. At least that’s how I was made to feel.
I’ll come back here again because of the convenience of the location but I just hope I receive better customer service.

I have been to this Subway location many times. It’s close to the N/​Q stop at Broadway and on a night when I don’t feel like preparing a meal and I want to be kind to my pocketbook, I end up here. It’s clean and the sandwiches are made correctly and accurately.
The thing that drives me crazy about this store is the layout. It has possibly the most customer UNfriendly layout ever. If you want to order anything, you have to squeeze by the current customers to get to the appropriate spot (it’s inappropriately close quarters). The employees are also jumping all over each other which slows down their sandwich-​making. If there are two people ordering, forget it… you should just wait outside. Whoever designed this space: epic fail.
Again, this location is ALL about convenience.

I went to this subway for lunch today. I was the only one in the dining area when I started to hear one employee cussing at another. I let it go for a minute until I realized that one woman was just plain belittling and embarrassing the other employee. Talking to her like a dog that shat on a rug. You f*cking moron, etc. It was actually reminiscent of high school bullying. I had to stop eating and reprimand the employee about professionalism and human decency. Unfortunately, the manager wasn’t there but I will be following up.

I have been to this location several times over the last year and found this location to be pretty good. It is your standard Subway Restaurant with a monthly Special and all the other goodies at $ 5.
What makes this location a life saver is that it is open after Midnight. You know we all get the craving for a little something at this time or we are on our way home and need some munchies. This location does not disappoint.
I found service fast and friendly. They seem to have the style of bread I like always; their meats and veggies fresh. They always seem to get a steady flow of customers even at a late hour. Their work area always seem to be clean, tidy and well stocked.
Overall, this is a good location. Tasty sandwich’s. Clean seating area. Open late. What can I say: «5 dollllllllar footlongggggg».

I can’t say that this particular subway tastes any different that any other of the 5 million Subways in New York City, but the employees are always very friendly. The employees don’t sulk if you ask them to toast the sandwich and they don’t push the value menus on you. I stop here atleast once a month and will continue to do so, because of Five dolla, five dolla…
