I took my laundry there every week for a while. Then one day a shirt came back and the collar was not pressed properly. No big deal. I took it back and asked them to redo it. She hung up the shirt and took the rest of my laundry. They said they would redo the hanging shirt. Then, when I picked up the laundry, the shirt that was to be redone was missing. I told her about it and she insisted that she put it in with the rest. I went home and checked again(even though I was already sure it wasn’t in there, I wanted her to know I was making sure, which I in fact did). When I went back and told her it wasn’t in there, she asked if I counted everything when I picked it up. I said I had not, that I had just trusted her, but the shirt was definitely missing. I told her it was no big deal — stuff happens — but that I’d appreciate a 20 dollar credit to make up for it(even though the shirt was worth 50 bucks, it was a year old or so, so I figured 20 was reasonable). Then, she began to get hostile with me, raising her voice and telling me that she definitely put the shirt in with my other stuff and that if I didn’t count the shirts it wasn’t her problem(those two things seem incompatible, actually). I calmly told her that her decision was strange, that I had already spent hundreds of dollars there, and if she was going to not believe me that a shirt was missing, she was going to lose my business. Her response was, «Have a good day sir. God bless you». So, I am not going back. I guess if you want to be blessed when they lose your shirts(and refuse to accept responsibility) then this is the place to go. Ugh, what a shame.

I took multiple garments in to be dry cleaned and one pair of boy’s pants to be hemmed. I received everything back from them, except the hemmed boy’s pants. She proceeded to argue with me that she gave me everything. First of all, I’m not sure she completely understood me because her English was broken. Secondly, she gave me 2 pairs of men’s pants back, but no boy’s pants. I walked out because I was about to start yelling. When I came back, I explained it slowly to her. She called«The Factory» and the pants were not completed yet, even though they were promised to me this morning. She said that the pants will be ready for pick-up at 3:00PM. Luckily, I don’t need them today, but I need them tomorrow, so 3:00PM is fine as long as they are there. After I went out to my truck, the lady ran out, knocked on the window of my truck, and told me that I can go pick them up at another location in Ashburn. I told her No, that I’ll pick them up at the Goose Creek location after 3:00PM today. Why argue with a customer when the receipt shows you that you’re wrong??? On a side note, they also have a Dachshund(which does not shed, but has dander) running around who likes to bark a lot. He/She is harmless, but when I think of taking my clothes to a cleaner, I don’t think of a dog being there. I love dogs, have 2 of my own, but I want my clothes free of dog hair and dander, so I don’t want to take my clothes to a place where a dog is running around.
