Apple II Day Spa & Salon

This spa is generally overpriced and the service had enough issues that is was too distracting to have a relaxing experience. Overall, scheduling our appointments and showing up the morning of the man at the counter was strangely rude and dismissive. During our massages and body wraps (over $ 400 spent for two people) they said they were accidentally locked out of the room with the microwave and painted ICE cold mud all over our bodies. My massage was interrupted by the same rude man (I think the owner) who knocked and then loudly told the massage therapist that she had another appointment coming up and then asked if she was going to do the full hour massage on me (the one I had already paid for??). She was really nice and apologized for him. We still tipped really well, just over 20% and ended up buying these cool 10 ft iPhone chargers they were selling at the count for $ 20. We tried them when we got home immediately and they didn’t work at all so we went back to return them and the man at the counter said all sales were final. They literally did not work at all and a total waste. Overall it was way too much money to spend on mediocre services that were running thin on a professional salon atmosphere. I think that they have some major room for improvement.

I got a cut, color and highlight done with Mona at this place. Mona is so sweet. She did a GREAT job with my hair. I have been having such a hard time finding someone that will do exactly what I want, but Mona did it perfectly.
The cut is exactly the length I wanted and I LOVE my highlights. She did a wonderful job. I will definitely be going back to her for my hair.
