Call me a masochist if you must– but I have had horrible service in the T-Mobile stores and I keep coming back! First of all– they never have enough employees to help. You have to just stand around until someone asks you if you need help. I wish they would put up a stanchion or something to identify who is in line and who just wants to look at phones. Also– Ive been with them over 10 years. Why do I still have to pay full price for a phone? New lines get awesome discounts, but when a loyal customer of 10 years wants to sign in blood and commit to two more years I get bent over and taken advantage of– not cool. Maybe its just me being cheap. Either way– I do have some positive to say– the call center is always very helpful and I never have a problem with service. When I was with AT&T I was always dropping calls.
