Also, they offered other customers deals that weren’t offered to me.

This morning my Android’s earpiece stopped working. I could only hear calls if on speaker. I tried doing a factory reset to no avail. I took it to Rescue Cellphone on a Sunday at 1PM. They were going to replace the earpiece for 49.99 which seemed reasonable. It would also be ready the same day by closing time.
At closing time, my wife went to pick it up. They said that it turned out to be a software update that broke it. They got it working again for no charge.
Can’t beat that for customer service. I will definitely take my phones there in the future.

I’ve been a customer of Rescue Cell Phone for two years.
They have serviced my:
Apple Macbook Pro by replacing the screen and the battery
iPhone 4s, 5s and 6 by replacing screens, fixing camera issues and audio problems
HP laptop by replacing the screen
Xbox 360 by fixing something I don’t have the lingo for!
I’ve referred friends and family members, and they’ve all been satisfied. No matter how busy the store is, you will always get an answer to your question.

I took my broken Samsung Galaxy S3 in for a new screen. Then took it back. Then took it back again.
The edges of the screen kept bubbling. Every time I took it back, they re-​attached the screen. And a week later, it’s gone bad again.
And on top of that, the proximity sensor doesn’t work right anymore either. I see no point in continuing to take in back, getting the same results.
The last straw was when I needed to take an iPad in for a dead screen. 25 minutes after they were supposed to be open, it was still locked up. I gave up and went somewhere else. And will continue to go somewhere else.

Had an IPhone 5 screen replaced for $ 160 that didn’t last two weeks. It broke while in my pocket. You could tell the fracture was from the center of the screen. The useless tech claims the 30 day warranty does not cover their cheap glass. Horrible service.

Josh at Rescue Cell Phone saved me!
I broke my iPhone so bad to the point of having to replace it, but before I took it to Apple, Josh at Rescue Cell Phone was able to recover all my data and transfer it onto my new iPhone– something Apple was not able to do. If I hadn’t come to these guys, important work info and months of pictures would have been gone forever. Well worth the $ 25 dollars I spent.
The thing that stood out to me most was how honest these guys were. It’s very evident that they have the customers best interest in mind. If you have a broken phone or laptop, go to these guys, you wont regret it.

Apple store wanted $ 150 to fix a shattered iPhone screen. This place did it for $ 80 ON A SUNDAY. Yes, there are cheaper places, but this place was open on a Sunday whereas the others are not. I docked them 1 star because of the following situation: I called the number for this location and asked if they could replace a screen before they closed today. The rep on the phone said, ‘yes.’ When I got to the store, the tech said he could NOT fix the phone while I wait. When I complained that I spoke to someone who said he could, he said all calls go to a central calling station, not specifically to their store. Well, the nice guy stayed after-​hours and fixed my phone anyway. For that, I wanted to recommend them to anyone else who smashes their phone screen on a Saturday night and needs their phone operational again before Monday morning.
