Pizza Hut

A joke. Been an occasional customer there for 2 – 3 years. Today, we spent $ 20 including tips for one medium pizza with double cheese. Came in, the pizza literally looked like it was made in a hurry. Even the little caesar pizzas from right down the street look better! I mean come on. $ 20 on a pizza was not an issue… So I came in for a refund right away. Manager and GM looked totally ignorant to the case and I left with my money back. How can you guys tolerate that kind of work/​customer service, when you have competitors within a 1 – 2 mile radius? You are going to lose a lot of money doing this. At least you lost a customer on this one. I literally went right down the road and ordered another pizza from a competitor with the refund Pizza Hut gave me. Tchao!

Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, Dominos. to me, they all are about the same. Like most of us, I appreciate all of the delivery pizza places fighting for my business. 2 large, any topping for $ 19.99. What a deal. It’s not gourmet, but will feed a family of four at a reasonable price.
Had a pepperoni and bacon, with mushrooms, with extra sauce, it is was good. Only wish it had more bacon on it.

Order placed at 7:15, arrived at 8:55PM. Not even warm. Guy said three people called in and after handing off the pizza, patted me on the shoulder? What?
1. Work on the time frame guys… if people are calling in sick, perhaps you have a management problem.
2. Make sure it is hot when it arrives
3. Don’t touch the customer after handing off the pizza and getting your payment/​tip. Its not cool.
4. Get some better coupons… cause this just isn’t going to work!
(This was just a medium, thin crust with two items, $ 13.76, plus tip).
Last time I order from these guys.

I never get Pizza Hut, but this go round was good. I like how they have updated their menu with sauces and different things to spice up the plain old crust that gets boring.
I ordered it online, and had to still wait when I made it to the location, but all is good, except for the parking lot. It’s a mess in the evenings getting in and out of a parking spot, especially if you are trying to back in.
