Jeff was just awesome during our home selling experience. Jeff helped us price our house at a price point that was fair and resulted in having a contract within 5 days of it being on the market. It was listed on a Monday and by Friday we had a contract. We had an open house on Sunday and we went through with it, just in case the original contract didn’t pan out. We settled within 30 days of having the contract. Jeff showed poise, professionalism and kindness during this stressful time of our lives. We have used other agents in the past and have always said we would not use any (3) of them again due to unsavory experiences. Jeff was the exception to this with us; not only would we use his services again, we would highly recommend him to our friends and family.
