LeaAnne and her staff outdid themselves on my daughters wedding flowers. She worked hand in hand with our coordinator to make sure the reception flowers and bridal party flowers matched. She was so helpful in making our special little requests just perfect. Thanks LeaAnne and staff.

This is the second time I’ve shopped at In Bloom. Both times were to buy a corsage for my girlfriend for prom and both times I was impressed with the result and the quality of work. In addition, my girlfriend has also bought both of my boutonnieres here and I thought they were really nice. As for pricing, yea it’s a bit pricy, but I did do some shopping around and I could get more bang for my buck here. My only regret is not having bought Mother’s Day flowers here!

Simple stated, do not use In Bloom. I ordered an «In Bloom Exclusive» arrangement for Mother’s Day to be delivered to my wife’s office. The Amazing Gazers arrangement arrived at her office and appeared nothing like the image on their site. What the website fails to describe, and I later learned when I returned it to their Arlington store, is that it is a «one-sided arrangement». What this means, and should be accurately detailed when you order, is that approximately 1⁄3 of the arrangement is «filler» and is meant to face a wall. While my wife was appreciative of my thoughtfulness, she was embarrassed by the appearance of the sparse arrangement and even had a chuckle with some of her coworkers about it. This most disappointing aspect of this transaction was the inability of In Bloom to right their wrong. While their customer service representative promptly answered my emails, she refused to budge on the company policy of only providing a replacement. Thank you, but you’ve already ruined one special moment and forced me to replace a $ 50+ arrangement out of my own pocket. Why would I want to take another chance on your product that has already forced me into an embarrassing situation? Lesson learned, next time I will grab an arrangement at Central Market, Tom Thumb or one of those roadside vendors. At least then I will know what I am paying for!

I think you really take a chance ordering flowers online, long-distance. You look at the beautiful pictures, and you hope for the best. Yet when someone you love is in the hospital far, far away, and there’s precious little you can do except send her something pretty in a vase, you don’t have a lot of options. I came to Unilocal late one night to find an Arlington florist, and In Bloom had one measly review. Fortunately, it was a four-star review. I went to its website, poked around from my Utah couch for something bright & cheery and not too spendy, clickety-click, PayPal, done, say another prayer for my dear, ill friend. Then it’s the weekend and my friend has scary surgery, ICU, more prayers, and I get a call on Monday from In Bloom saying they can’t deliver the flowers until she’s out of ICU(hospital policy – of course! contamination and all that), and they will keep checking until they can deliver them. They didn’t have to notify me, but they did, and I appreciate it. It did not even occur to me when I ordered the flowers that she would not be able to receive them(she wasn’t in ICU when I ordered them, but she was the next day), and they let me know quickly. I was worried that the bouquet would be half-dead when she’d finally be able to get them, but she posted a picture of herself and the flowers on her Facebook page(yay! she’s recovering enough to be on Facebook!!!), and they’re fresh and gorgeous, and she loves them! Also, the arrangement that she received was even prettier, fresher, and fuller than the«sample» arrangement on the website. Too often, it’s the opposite – the one delivered is only half as lovely as what you see online. Oh, and the delivery fee seemed pretty reasonable, too. Long story longer, I hope I never, ever have to order flowers to be delivered to a hospital in Arlington, Texas, again, but if I do, I know which florist to use. And now everybody else knows which one to use, too, and not just for hospital patients.

These ladies were super helpful and my flowers turned out GREAT!!! I gave 4 stars only for the fact that I was told I was getting a dozen and a half rose bouquet and ended up with only a dozen. They were BIGGER flowers than what they were doing to use so I am still ok with it! Just wish I knew about the change that’s all!
