IHOP

Stoping by for breakfast. We were promptly greeted and seated. Our waitresses name is Yvette. She was attentive and awesome! Atmosphere was chill and it wasn’t loud in there remarkably. People were enjoying their food and company.
Our order was taken, placed and served in great time. Food was cooked just right. I had the 2×2×2 and my husband that the breakfast sampler. Both were way yum! Cooked to perfection!
They even gave us a military discount as my husband is retired military! How flippin awesome is that! Kudos IHOP!
We left there satisfied all the way around. This was a great dining out experience!

30 min. And still waiting for our order.

I didn’t think it was possible for anyone to mess up a breakfast. Boy, was I ever wrong.

Don’t like this anymore before was good but now is horrible the place smells bad and makes u feel like if ur in a really nasty and old place I’m not going back they need to step up and remove that all carpet and clean the restaurant.

HORRIBLE service. Wait staff stands around talking, ignoring customers. We left after waiting 15 minutes to be waited on and then our waiter walks up and is obviously high. We even asked to speak to a manager on the way out and the hostess just laughed and said «Bye, bye now.» Complained to corporate and got an email saying a manager would contact me. I got one irritated voicemail telling me he’d been trying to contact me — not true — and no answer at either number when i called back.
We were faithful customers for years on weekend mornings. Never, ever again.

Food was good but the waitress, Dina, started out really good! But then… My small coffee cup was half full of coffee and it took her, like a REALLY long time to bring silverware. So

of coffee with sugar and cream that I can’t drink yet because I have no spoon. So I send my niece to get a spoon. She comes back with Dina, with silverware!!! Yesssss! She had to attend to the customers at the table next to
us, that had been eating for about 15 mins, and she forgot their pancakes! At a pancake house!!! Ok enough said about Dina… Until

This is by far the worst IHOP I have ever been to. My waitress Shazzalyn took our drink orders and brought out drinks that were missing the fruit to go in it. Then she says that we would have to taste the drinks because she wasn’t sure which one was blueberry and which was watermelon. I asked what happened to the fruit she said, «We don’t have any!» I said excuse me to make sure I heard her correctly then she replied by saying «well I have to go find the fruit and then portion it off to put in your drinks. I can bring it on a plate but I have to go find it first»
We got up and proceeded to the front to leave. The guy up front asked why we were leaving and then here comes the the waitress. «Why y’all leaving?» I calmly explained to her that service was not too great. Then she began to get loud saying, «well I didn’t want y’all to sit there not drinking nothing while I go look for the fruit that goes in y’alls drinks!!!» I told her we didn’t need to know that but at first you stated that you had our drinks mixed up and you didn’t have the fruit that goes in the drink, but then you said you do have the fruit but you would have to go look for it. In all you could’ve came back to the table with water and then professionally explain that our drinks are being prepared.“
Neither the Assistant manager or herself apologize. Not to mention another girl who worked there decided to try to argue with me when I asked for the managers name because he was not there and would be back in 30 minutes.
A word of advice people if the glass windows are dirty and covered in fingerprints DO NOT EAT THERE! That was the very first thing I noticed and decided to give them a chance and put into consideration that it was an early Sunday afternoon. Maybe they were extremely busy but no those windows just needed to be cleaned.

Very disappointed. Ordered four meals for pick up and they screwed up on mine.
I oredered a hamburger w/​onion rings. They didn’t give me onions nor any mayonnaise packages for my hamburger. Why are they going to show a picture of onions on a hamburger if we need to ask for onions. And why did they lady on the other side of the phone ask if i wanted cheese if i ordered a HAMBURGER.
Friend ordered breakfast sampler and his gravy was like water.

You will never have my business again. You are over priced, mediocre food, and you don’t tell a customer they can’t sit where they want when the place is empty. (Did I mention I’m handicapped and use a cane. I have hip issues so the smaller booths don’t work well for me.)
Only three or more people allowed in regular booths here? I could understand if it were Saturday morning or Sunday but maybe five people seated in the entire restaurant?!? You don’t need my business that bad apparently and I will make sure others now your 3 person booth minimum. Been going here for years… Not anymore.

I went here with my boyfriend on a Sunday afternoon. The place, to my surprise was pretty empty. Despite the desolation, we waited several minutes to be seated even after a couple staff members saw us waiting and continued to disregard us. After being seated, our waitress took our order in a hasty, rushed manor. We got our food which was decent. Within the hour we were there, our waitress didn’t check on us even once — not to refill drinks, not to ask how everything was, nothing. She passed our table several times and didn’t even look at us. She spent most of her time leaning against the check out counter talking to a fellow employee. We waited a very long time to get our bill. She never even gave us our bill. No joke. Another waiter had to go get it and then apologized for her negligence. As we went to the register to pay, the man running it was sitting on the counter and didn’t bother getting up until we were at the register. Poor service that left me with a bad experience and a grumpy boyfriend. :-o

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We walked in, 5 waitresses hanging out by the front chit chatting. We were seated, 10 minutes went by and nobody came by to even greet us, all 5 waitresses still chit chatting away. Multiple flies all around, I should have know it was bad service. As we walked in the manager was apologizing to a customer leaving. We walked out passing all 5 waitresses and nobody asked us as to why. Won’t be back here again.

Went here with my girlfriend, at night (4−7−15). There were only 5 total tables (no large parties, no more than a family of four at each) and the waitress saw us walk in, made eye contact and just walked into the kitchen. The other waitress did the same, after 10 minutes of waiting we were finally seated. Then the waitress sat us at our table and said she would be back in a couple of seconds. After another 10 minutes of waiting (she never even got our drink order) we decided to get up and leave. We went to the IHOP on 287 which was 8 minutes from the one we left. We were seated right when we walked in and got our food ordered within 5 minutes (given that we had 10 minutes to think about what we wanted from the I20 IHOP) point is the I20 IHOP has horrible service and the one on 287 is amazing.

Food was ok but stolen credit card info was not. Watch your waitress. I went here 2 different occasions and each time my credit card company called me about unauthorized charges on my card in Walmart in a different state. I had only used the card at that location and informed their corporate office about it.

Great for breakfast; service can’t be beat, food consistently good and price is reasonable. Dinner is another story; avoid. (unless you just want a place you can sit all evening long for the cost of an inexpensive meal).

Some Booths are sticky in the kid’s section.
Some servers horseplay around during the slow times and can get pretty loud.

Took my daughter for her birthday and we arrives Friday at 7:30am. The service was great, our food was spot on, and the prices (especially with the breakfast coupon) were perfect.
Our waitress was quick with refills, had a great attitude, and checked on us often.
Right now they have, «all-​you-​can-​eat-​pancakes». Take advantage while supplies last.

My wife and I get our hair cut once a month in Mansfield and normally stop somewhere for breakfast before hand. Stopping at an IHOP is predictable when it comes to service and food. Both at this restaurant were acceptable. It’s pretty hard to mess up pancakes and eggs since that is their specialty. Everything was A-​OK on our last visit. I love being able to order off the «Senior» menu! The portions are perfect!

This is a great IHOP with employees that have been there for a long time. If it is breakfast time, ask for Risha, Nate or Chris (lady). They are solid servers and will give you a special start to your day. = 0)

I’m giving 3 stars only because I’ve been here before and the experience was much better than this one.
Actually, this was the second IHop on this particular morning that didn’t seem to cook our food properly and as requested.
As mentioned in my reviews that I don’t do luke, warm, room temp food that is suppose to be hot.
At the first IHop by Parks Mall I we ordered breakfast and specified to Troy our waiter to make sure everythings hot, please. Twice trying to get it right they failed. Manager came over and had a non concern attitude so we tipped Troy (he did his part as a waiter) and left.
Arriving here determined to get breakfast and requested service we again begged the waitress to please make sure the food comes out hot, she stated she would.
Now when we got our food,… you already know! We got up and walked out. CLUCK !!!
SIDE NOTE: Both restaurants weren’t even crowded, damn you might expect issues in this case… My favorite cow came to the rescue…:()
