If you’re looking for that«great little hole-the-wall place», this is it! Came in with 6 people, we all ordered something different and everyone loved everything! The fries are amazing! The drink options are plentiful and delicious! I had the Muffaletta with a Radioactive Soda and it was great! Great service too! 10/10, will DEFINITELY return!

I was in town for work and I needed delicious food fast, so I looked up fast food in Unilocal and this place popped up. I has hesitant because it was obviously a restaurant with take-out but trusting the app I went there! First thing is that it’s hard to find because of its location, and it’s small. Good thing they have signs out! The restraint consists of 8 tables that are almost always full. I had a 1 hour lunch so I was agai hesitant to wait but I toughed it out and was seated ten minutes later. I knew what I want and ordered the Stuffed Pig right away when I could. I’ll add the drink I got as well as all of their sodas are sugar sodas instead of high fructose corn syrup sodas, which is a great addition. Not even fifteen minutes later my food was there, even with a full house, so I was moderately impressed. The food quality didn’t suffer at all, and both the fries and the burger were very delicious. I will definitely eat here whenever I have the opportunity and I am very pleased with the service and staff. They put in a lot of hard work to manage with what they have.

Little hole in the wall mom n pop shop. Awesome food, great staff and great atmosphere with really cool tables and deco! Must try their crackaroni and their gorilla biscuit!!! Oh and their«Our Caesar» salad is the best twist on a Caesar salad ever! The burger of the week is so creative too! Only runs that week so you gotta get it that same week but the next week is another out of this world burger creation! The gyro burger was amazing with the house made Tzatziki… so delish! The mussels… we’ll definitely a must try as well… can’t even explain how good! They only have like 9 tables so you may have to wait, but trust me it’s not long and sooooo well worth the wait! Will frequent this place that’s for sure!

This was my first visit to this establishment. It’s very very small, did not think it was that small. When I first walked in I was greeted and let the ladies know it was my first time eating here. I was going to sit down and eat, but instead of the hit asking if I wanted to sit down and eat she said are you taking to go and I was like no I’m going to sit down and eat. She whispers(loudly if I might add) that she wants to sit down and eat but there’s no room but in a rude way and the other lady who has a lot more hospitality asked me if I wanted to sit at a 2 top, but it was going to be very tight so I just opted for to-go. As I let the cashier girl know it was my first time and I didn’t know what to get I stood at the register with no one behind me for about 5 min. I could tell both girls were getting frustrated with me not knowing what to order. I decided on a burger because it was the only thing I’ve had before that sounded normal on the menu. Cashier girl asked me if I could wait outside on the bench and shed bring me my food. I understand the place is very small but to just jump to asking a customer to wait outside instead of saying you can sit anywhere you’d like, but no she said go wait outside. K. It’s humid af, and there was a family already on the bench so I waited in my car. Ten minutes go by I get out to see if my food is ready I sit on the chairs by the cashier desk and of course 10 sec later the more hospitable lady said, «baby I’m going to need that chair» in a nice tone though. Hm. I chuckled because I was so shocked that me being a paying customer was asked to get up to allow my chair being given to a table of four when the chair could’ve been pulled from another table. I was really amazed and embarrassed. I called the store as soon as I drove off to get a better understanding of the situation because of the severe lack of customer service this place has to offer. The manager, it’s obvious why his employees behave that way, he’s pretty rude too. His attitude was very nonchalant. I’m sure he gets calls like this all the time and he’s practically of dealing with them. He practically made excuses for the girls and blamed it on the restaurant being tiny, well it is tiny, but get a larger place then! DUH! He basically told me he didn’t care if I gave them a bad review there’s other places I can eat from and I don’t have to eat here. Oh really? He was bashing me so I hung up the phone, looked at my food don’t feel it was appetizing so I called back to return it especially since he told me o could eat elsewhere. He picked up the phone and told me I hung up on him because I didn’t want to hear what he had to say and then he hung up in my face!

Got the crackaroni with bacon bits and jalapeños as well as the gorilla biscuit to-go! Based my decisions off the many reviews I read off Unilocal.I’ll be honest, I had higher hopes for the crackaroni. I thought it was going to be an out-of-this-world mouthgasm. It had a unique flavor and was pleasant but I wouldn’t call it the best Mac n cheese I’ve ever had. I am glad I opted to add the bacon and jalapeño bits! As for the gorilla biscuit, not the biggest fan. The wrapping was a bit soggy but that’s expected when I had to drive 20 minutes home. I didn’t appreciate the taste as much either– just think I’m personally not a fan of the dressing and condiments they used on it. I’ll be back to try other items like the pulled pork and crème brûlée!

First time trying out this place and I went with my parents Probably wouldn’t have seen this place if it weren’t for Unilocal. For a small place it was pretty crowded and busy. Was totally worth the wait though! First we ordered our drinks and they had many flavors of soda to choose from. We ordered the crackaroni to start off with since so many Unilocalers reviewed. It was very good but very rich. I had ordered the stuffed pig and it was delicious. The french dip my dad had was g0od, but my mom said she didnt like the pastrami sandwhich.(my mom is picky though) For desert we the crème brûlée which was ok. Wish it had a smoother texture. Service was very good. The restaurant was clean and had a friendly atmosphere 4.5÷5 I will come again ^_^

Food was good and the guy up front was nice. The place is well kept and very clean. However, it is a «hole in the wall». The place is very small and depending on the day, they can get crowded quick. They do offer carrying out from what I’ve seen. I had a «build your own burger» and it was excellent. Time to get the food was good as well. Depending on what you order, prices can get up there pretty quickly. I will recommend this place to others.

Started off with the crackaroni. Very delicious. I’m glad the truffle didn’t over power the cheese. Had the burger of the week: Supah Gyro. It’s a burger topped with gyro meat and tzatziki sauce. Amazing! Finished the night with their carrot cake. It too is delicious. The frosting was not overly sweet like most and was whipped. I’m delighted that they have such a nice selection of bottled sodas with real sugar. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is very nice and attentive. Will return next time I’m in town

Four Stars for The Burger. Three Stars for everything else. The location of this place is weird. It sits between a shady looking motel and a C-Store. The place is really small. So small that I wouldnt reccomend bringing a big group. They have alot of random knick knacks and toys hanging on the wall. all of this actually gives this place a charm that some may not like(but I do). I had three things I had to order Crack-A-Roni Jalapeño Hummus The Pig Pile Burger(Not Listed On Menu But They Know what To Do) The crack-a-roni was good, but not the best thing Ive had. If you have to get a side, do order it. Just dont expect this amazing experience. The hummus was a big letdown. It didnt have much flavor at all. The texture wasnt very creamy. The pita bread was surprisingly good though. The burger really does hold up to its merit. I ordered avocado, grilled onions, and a fried egg on top of mine. That thing was monstrous! I luckily had someone to share with, but if you plan on getting it, have a big appetite. Everthing worked well flavor wise. The pulled pork actually had a good marinade. The beef was juicy and had flavor. The bun held up! My biggest complaint though is the price. there are no prices on the wall or menu, so you have no idea how much everything is going to cost. The pig pile is 13 dollars. My «extras» came out to be 3.50. Although the brger was good, I dont think it was worth 16.50. I can see why locals would like it, but I wont go out of my way to eat here. But I will say they do have some awesome burgers for the Arlington area.

Hubby and I came in here recently and were pleasantly surprised to find a couple open tables on a Saturday night(they quickly filled after we got there). The vibe is fun and the staff are friendly. There were a couple tables of regulars who the staff knew by name — love that. We got the truffle mac & cheese for an appetizer, since that’s apparently their signature dish. Hubby loved it, but I wasn’t super impressed. The flavor was good, but the sauce was broken and that was disappointing because the texture was weird. I got the Gorilla Biscuit. It was good. Nothing to write home about, and I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again for it. Hubby got the burger of the week. I tried a bite and it was meh. All in all, this is a fun place with a good vibe, but the food left something to be desired for me.

I had the smokey and the bandito burger w/fries. Both were excellent. I really liked the fact that it was a THICK patty on a nice roll, instead of your typical«hamburger bun.» We also had the crack-a-roni(mac & cheese). It was good, but I HIGHLY doubt I would get it again, especially not for the price they charge. This place is easy to miss. It’s in a 60’s or maybe 70’s era commercial building. From the outside, the whole«strip center» reminded me of an old school 7 – 11 from YEARS gone by. The inside was much nicer looking than the outside. The waitstaff was fast and friendly. I would definitely go back!

We were in the area and decided to check them out. The crackaroni and pastrami sandwich were great. The portion sizes are huge and not overpriced. I read some other reviews were people said they were overpriced but $ 7 for the Mac and $ 9 for the pastrami are not high when the food is quality. Be aware though that they do not have the prices on the menu. We will be back to try them again.

Cute restaurant, really small(maybe 8 tables). Great service. I ordered the«make your own burger» with bacon and caramelized onions. The burger was on point and cooked perfectly. The fries seemed like they were made fresh in house, I could not stop eating them. My husband had the Jimmy’s S&P(Sausage & Pepper) Sandwich. I think the sausage with from Jimmy’s in Dallas. It was spicy and had a yummy light tomato sauce on it. I wish they would have some different sandwich options that weren’t so heavy meat based. What about something with avocados, or maybe a Greek chicken sandwich/wrap?(The Greek salad sounded yummy, I wanted it to be a sandwich!) The only thing that was weird was there are no prices on the menu or on the menu board? This could be helpful when you are on a budget and trying to decide between different things.

How come this amazing food mecca hasn’t appeared on my Unilocal searches until this weekend? I am sad to say we didn’t discover it sooner. It was so good in fact on Sunday after our Saturday visit my husband wanted to go back, sadly they were closed or we would have. It is small only about 6 – 7 tables and when we go there it was packed except for one open table. In fact the whole time we were here it was a steady in and out of customers. I understand why now. We started with the jalapeño hummus. My husband loves hummus, but I was a bit skeptical of jalapeño hummus. It was amazing the heat doesn’t hit you until a bit later on the back of the throat and even then it is a pleasant heat that doesn’t send you for your water or a gallon of milk. It ended up being one of my favorite dishes of the night. The warm pita bread didn’t hurt either. We also tried the crack a roni, and we were not disappointed. The truffle oil is not to overpowering, and it is delicious. Next time we will try it with the bacon and jalapenos. I can already taste it. My husband had the gorilla biscuit filled with delicious salami, corned beef and other delights all rolled up and grilled in a crisp flour tortilla. The chipotle mayonnaise was a great addition and added a spicy kick to the sandwich. I had the make your own burger and this was the only disappointment of the night. It was just ok. In my opinion it needed some seasoning or flavor. It was just blah. I am a burger purist though. Just give me meat, cheese and onions and I am happy so it was a bit of let down that this burger wasn’t as stellar as everything else. My daughter had the grilled chicken sandwich off the kids menu and it was enough to feed two adults. Great flavor on the grilled chicken as well. All dinners came with homemade fries. I can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu.

Hubby and I met two friends here for dinner on Wednessay night. As previous reviews mentioned this place is super tiny… maybe 10 tables all squished in. Service was quick, professional and not intrusive. Hubby Ross ordered the crack-a-roni after being assured it had no meat. He is a pescatarian, eating only fish and seafood and noticed right away that there was bacon in the mac and cheese. For his entrée, Ross ordered the tuna melt, which was one piece of toasted bread, with the cheese and tuna. They then covered the whole thing in lettuce and tomatoes. He said it was ok but nothing special I got the cheeseburger and it was served on a ciabatta bun… good choice as it could stand up to the veggies and condiments without falling apart. Our friends split the french dip sandwich and the pastrami sandwiches and finished it all! Crème brûlée was supposed to be cookie something and it was just a regular vanilla flavor. Came out freshly carmelized and Ross at it all. I ordered the«Italian Love Cake» which didn’t appeal to me at all. It was a very dry chocolate cake, with a layer of something white, crowned with chocolate mousse. No idea what the white was, as it didn’t have any discernable flavor. Texture was somewhere between a dry cheesecake and ricotta cheese. The chocolate mousse was a very mild chocolate flavor, basically undetectable. It also seemed a bit pricey. For two sandwiches, two drinks, the mac and cheese and two desserts, it was about $ 46 with tax and tip. Prices didn’t seem to fit the quality of food. Doubtful we will go again, but you never know!

I adore this little place. The outside doesn’t do it justice to the treasures on the inside. The funky and hip décor is so detailed from the walls to the tabletops! I love it all! I always either order the gorilla biscuit or the Crack a Roni. Why? Cuz it’s amazeballs! The soda selection is interesting and i just love the names for some of them like Martian poop which is a really sweet strawberry kiwi flavor from what i can remember, it’s been awhile since i’ve tried that one. The parking is just on the front side of the place and pretty small given the small place, there is no outside seating, but trust me once you see the inside and really look at everything you’ll wanna take a seat and hang around. The portion sizes are so huge, you should definitely ask for side plates to share with your friends. The prices are great for all that you get, and the people are real homey and make you feel comfortable. The only bad thing was the wait time for your order. It used to take them awhile to get to you, they didn’t forget you, but sometimes you had to remind them. I noticed in my recent visit they have definitely progressed, there was minimal wait and the menu looks a little clearer too. Hands down, if your into trying cool little joints for some comfort food, definitely drown down to the Fork in the Road, they give you more than enough food to last a couple days in my humble opinion.

This humble hole-in-the-wall strikes my fancy, and all of my friends’ fancies when they eat here. It’s a lovely place to pig out on delicious carb-heavy foods, like my favorite, the Crackaroni. This dish will be paired with the Greek salad, which consists of a heavy spice in its dressing, which can be off-putting for some who hate spice, but I love it. The other dishes I’ve had were the Reuben, which was gargantuan, but still tasty, smokey and savory, if you love your protein. Another, the Grilled Cheese with many cheeses(including that smoked gouda!!!) was so mouth-wateringly heavenly, but alas, paired with Crackaroni AND a salad was just TOOMUCH for my bf and I to consume. Sad day, but we saved these leftovers for another day. Worth. Four thumbs up from the both of us! Also, I’m in love with the place’s ambiance itself. It’s a small eatery, with vintage decked-out tables filled with old concert tickets, movie stubs, pennies, comic book covers, and more. It’s so whimsical and fun, and it makes my imagination stir while looking at the numerous intriguing photos on the wall of the restaurant itself. All have a play on «fork in the road» and some have fascinating illusions to them. Take a gander, when you come! Overall, I’ve been thoroughly happy with the service here, and the convenience of this restaurant always appeases my hungry stomach.

We went to FitR around 3 on a Saturday and were relieved to see it wasn’t crowded. The staff was very nice and the food could not have been faster. I had the build your own burger with cheddar and extra crispy bacon. The fries were amazing, 5 stars, hot and fresh. The burger was good but, especially when they ask«is medium okay?», it’s disappointing when it’s medium well and oozing grease. The chibatta roll they served it on was not special and a good burger has a good bun! The burger was good, not amazing. I also shared the crackaroni and it really is a huge portion. It is quite delicious. We added bacon. It’s only flaw was, in my opinion which I know may not be shared by others, there is such a thing as too much truffle oil.

Fork in the Road has TOPNOTCH eats y’all. You have to come here if you find yourself in North Arlington. I’m extremely sad I didn’t know about this place while I attended college at UTA … I would have visited all the time! Pay close attention to the sign that directs you into the parking lot! It’s kind of hidden away. This review is 4 stars because it’s a somewhat small space. Big groups probably need to call ahead. It was rather warm inside and you could tell because the wait staff and customers were all sweating. It was probably close to 100 degrees outside and I’m unsure if the AC unit was broken when I visited yesterday or they just don’t have one. I hope it’s the former!!! The food made me forget about how warm it was though. As we walked in, an older couple walked out and told us «get the crackaroni» and we of course did. We actually got it as an appetizer first, like many people have said to do in the reviews. I also observed that 3 other tables did that exact same thing! It really lived up to the hype! The décor is really quirky. I spied KISS action figures, signed drum cymbals, and the table tops were a mirage of cards, concert tickets, and old pictures and articles. The service was great! Our waitress kept our water cups full and we go our food and checks quickly! I ordered the Gorilla biscuit and it was the best wrap I ever had. A little crispy on the outside and the warm griddled ham is seriously a showstopper. You bite in and just kind of pause because your mouth is just so happy. It came with perfectly salted fries too and now I’m drooling as I type …
