Ok, don’t be turned off by the exterior. It is in a strip mall, concrete floors and a small 8 seat bar. THE WINGS ARE GREAT! They have drink specials like $ 1.00 drafts Sundays. Mark the bar keep has Ben here from the start. Oh, did I mention it is a hookah bar? So it smells good inside.

My friend invited me to go for my birthday. I wasn’t sure if I would like it turned out very well. Music had variety and the atmosphere was great.

Hydro has really DECLINED! The first time I went it wasn’t 5 or 4 stars maybe 2.5, the service is definitely horrible. The girls who serve there are extremely nonchalant and absent minded! The last time I went I won’t ever go back. My friend and I needed something to do on a Friday night we are both over 21, but she decided to bring her bf’s younger sister who is 18. So no uptown Dallas, no fun bars, no nothing! So our very last resort was lame Hydro, we went the windows were dark and we weren’t sure if they were closed or not. We were thinking why would a bar be closed on Friday? So one of the waitresses walked out in fury as my friend got out to ask her if they were closed, before she could get the words out the waitress yelled «WE’RE CLOSED!» She didn’t even stop she said it as she walked. So because of the waitress I won’t ever be back!
