Just awful now. We were seated and no one brought us any menus so we had go and literally ask for a waiter. Very long wait for drinks and they weren’t even made right… and then the waiter took forever to come back to take our order. The food was awful too, my steak was super tough, could break a tooth trying to eat it. Also, they forgot to provide silverware, how the hell do you want me to eat steak and pasta with a spoon? Let alone providing any silverware to the rest of the plates. We asked for our check and it took over an hour for them to get our bill cleared. Not the same anymore, not coming back.

This is a pretty fun place to go. I think of it as a chuck e cheese for adults. It’s where you can go and let your inner child out. They have a lot of games and they are frequently changing and getting new ones. The food is decent but they do have good(alcoholic) drinks. Everything can be a little pricey so I recommend going on Wednesdays when they have half off games but it gets really packed.

The games are nice and new but the bar has terrible service. Many a time, I’ve gone to them and it either takes them forever to get to me or just not at all and I’m forced to just sit there. They never know the prices for any of their drinks and kinda just brush you off. And they also got rid of DDR

We love this place. Up to date games compared to our old stomping ground of game works in seattle. Food and service always yummy! Never disappointed. The prices of games seem to be hire on the weekends and the place looks bigger(game wise) then it actually is. Lots of dining space though!

Showed up with a line out the doors then waited a few minutes to have the hostess tell us to seat ourselves and the server can get us a game card at our table so we proceed to the lounge area by the front bar to seat ourselves and sit for a good 5 min before any server showed up so she asks for our drinks I order a beer on tap my husband orders a double vodka and red bull the server had no idea what he was taking about luckily I’m a bartender myself and broke down what the two ingredient drink was for her so about 7 minutes later we get our drinks and have a chance to order she never checked for a appetizer order beforehand so by the time she did ask we wanted a meal! Then I asked about our play card and the waitress told us the hostess was wrong and we had to go back to her to get a play card with coins on it… So we ordered our food and patiently waited the food I figured I’d go stand in line(again) to get our play card the hostesses got that squared away fine and dandy for us so we get our food and my buffalo burger was dry and not cooked to my asking our server never came around to check on our food until the end of the meal but while we were eating the food runners were constantly bombarding us with other tables food asking if it was ours… quite obnoxious to have people in my face constantly while I eat… so I finally get a chance to ask for the bill and we see the drink that I had to explain was 14 $ for a double vodka and ½ a redbull completely ridiculous and we were charged 1.69 extra for a side salad substitute was was stated as a free sub on the menu… we will be eating elsewhere then coming in for the arcade from here on out… dining was terrible… food was mediocre… service was straight crap!

Dave and Busters is now dead to me! I havent left our table the entire time. Waitress who was nice but didnt even keep our drinks full and was just sitting at the bar watching to one point had to wave my cup in the air to get a refill comes to the table and says we have a policy if everyone wants to play games I have to close the tab. I said ok I just didnt know if we might want a drink. She said its our policy to close because people walk out. I said ok I havent left the table all night but if you need to close it, close it. She said I can talk to my manager I said close the tab. She continued to tell me its the policy. I said look(with my voice raised a little) just close the d$!# tab. Holy toledo! Your tip just got jacked lady! Poor service then this. Wow! Glad the kids are having fun this just ruined my mood.

My experience started off wrong. We ordered water NO lemon, and stressed that we wanted no lemon. The waitress brought lemon. Usually, this predicts my experience at a restaurant, and tonight was no exception. Waitress was friendly, for the most part(despite the eye rolling). She plays around too much, though. The drinks(snow cones) barely had liquor in them. However, the mango strawberry? Was flavorful. A friend of mine had one of those and a strawberry Margarita, and they were watered down. Mistakenly, I ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta without asking them to omit the mushrooms. It still wasn’t as presentable as I wished a pasta would be, despite the mushroom. The noodles in the pasta were elbow noodles, like the ones in the ultimate macaroni(pictured on the menu). Another entrée at our table was the philly cheesesteak. Upon ordering, the waitress asked us if we wanted mushroom. She said no. When the food came out, the mushrooms were on the sandwich. The food was dry and bland. Two parmesan pastas, were also dry, despite the extra sauce ordered. The pastas were also bland, and the chicken undercooked on one side. I decided not to order anything else. The kitchen was about to close, anyway. The manager came and spoke with us. We went around the table telling our disappointments. He said he would take our food off. Tickets FINALLY come, and I was still charged for the extra sauce. We had to get that removed. One ticket still had an entrée on it, and it took forever to get the mistakes to be fixed. The whole ticket ordeal took 20 – 30 minutes. I will not be back at this location anytime soon. One thing I can say is that management did handle the situation as needed(It took quite some time), and the waitress didn’t have the nastiest attitude she could have had. However, she rolled her eyes several times. I’ve been a waitress before. Take a deep breath in the kitchen, keep a smile on your face, and deal with these tables ! But everything is fine now. Pluckers to the rescue !

This was my first experience at Dave and Busters and it was HORRIBLE!!! My waitress really didn’t care about us, she cared more about going to the back to horse play with her coworkers than to make sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the Miami Vice snow cone and the Strawberry Margarita and it was horrible! I tasted ice only!!! The food I ordered was the Philly cheesesteak and the steak was dry, it barely had cheese on it just not good at all. The manager came over and asked what was wrong but took forever to bring our tickets out after he stated he would take our food off! The place just irritated me more by the second! I would not recommend this location to anyone!

We had fun with a group of people. This location seems to be smaller than others. A few machines were broken. The drinks are different… they usually have a few new drinks every few months.

The gaming experience here is the same as any other Dave & Buster’s. The thing that made my experience here not that great is the staff. They were rude and stiff. I don’t expect much from workers when it comes to pampering customers cause let’s be real, I think it’s weird when I read reviews from people complaining about staff as if they are the Queen of England. But when I say the staff here was not good, it really wasn’t. As soon as I walked in, no greeting. Okay, that’s fine. I can do without that, who cares. But when my boyfriend and I needed help loading our card, it took 5 minutes for the people in the front to acknowledge us standing when we were RIGHTINFRONT of the desk and before one word was spoken to us. Then after that, it took 10 minutes for them to load the card. It doesn’t seem like that hard of a task but the person helping us wouldn’t tell us what was wrong or what was taking so long. He could have at least communicated to us. Then we tried to play games but the machines kept saying error when we swiped our card so we took it back to the front to get it fixed. The same man started to help us but then, another lady walked up to the desk and asked the man a question about her card and he started helping her out before he was finished helping us. I wasn’t pleased with my staff experience here. 2 stars. I would give it 1 but I’m giving 2 because the games and fun experience made up for it. For next time, if I don’t need the front desk or help from employees then I will come here because of the convenience of location. If I do happen to need some kind of service, I would rather make the drive to Dallas.

Service is not to par, we had a party of 15, and the waitress was not able to handle us. I am not sure if she was new or just never handle a large party. All the tickets were incorrect, a large amount of gratuity was added to everyone’s check, and one party member was charged 119.00 dollars and all she had was a drink.

I like this place when I can go without my three children. I went last night with my husband & had so much fun! The server in the dining room was very nice, attentive, & funny. The games were fun, & all working. I prefer to take my children to Chuck E. Cheese not this place due to the amount of teens & young adults running around. The last time we took our kids my husband played the 4-D haunted game with my 5 yr old who came back to the table crying saying it was so scary. Then she told me for days afterwards she was scared of the dark. Don’t play that game with young children is my advice! Pretty much every time I go, food is good, games fun, sometimes servers are good sometimes not.

We drive to the location in Dallas since we’ve had such horrible experiences with this location. The staff is rude, the place requires cleaning and good luck trying to get a drink while playing games. In addition to removing the Sega Horses, the games are geared more for children(winning tickets for«stuff») than the adult atmosphere for which D&B was originally intended. The few times we have eaten there, the food has been cold and lack luster. The last time we were there, we couldn’t even get waited on after sitting at the bar in the dining area for more than 15 minutes. We got up, left and went somewhere else. Will we be back? Me thinks not!

I’ve been here twice and both times the food was horrible. There is this pasta dish with shrimp and steak I ordered and the steak was so rubbery and I couldn’t chew it. But besides the chewy steak, it just had an overall weird flavor. Don’t order that. The chicken and artichoke pasta is disgustingly gross as well. It’s supposed to be a chicken breast, multigrain pasta in a white wine olive oil sauce… FAIL! The flavor is not desirable and the sauce tasted like oil. The artichokes were stringy, the chicken breast was dry and tasted like it was previously frozen. The Moscow Mule is a new drink item here. I thought I ‘d see how theirs taste. It came out in a glass and was also gross! The waiter told me they had ran out of mugs. As far as game play goes, I was trying to share a card with my date, but apparently you can’t share cards and play games together… another FAIL! Overall, I guess it’s an okay indoor place to play games, drink and maybe have some appetizers to kill time. The kitchen needs some help though.

We went on a Saturday night, which was a mistake. The service was incredibly slow with food. The food once we finally got it was less than satisfactory. The potato skins had this nasty burnt taste to them and the bacon on top looked very low quality. We also ordered alcoholic drinks and got margaritas. All we could taste was the limey mix and it upset our stomachs. The games are fun. I would recommend coming here on a weekday when it wouldn’t be crowded and eat at another restaurant in the highlands beforehand. I would come back to play but I would never eat here again.

Mediocre steak at best… big slab of fat on top of my signature smoked sirloin. Service was not much better«I’m going to bring you some fresh bread» hard, cold and on the verge of stale is what came to the table after the entrees. I’ve not been to a TLC in over ten years and it will be the last!

It’s only worth coming here on Wednesdays! Half off games, and their HH from 9 – 11. I love the wide range of games they have, and they often have new game machines too. From Mario Kart racing, basketball, carnival like– games, to a beer pong game, and my other favorite the Big Buck shooting game, they have plenty of games to keep you occupied for few hours. The food thoughhh, NOT worth it. Everything is so overpriced and they give you super small portions. Don’t even bother ordering the calamari. There is more bananas pepper than there is calamari. Only thing worth ordering for a decent price is the Quesadillas & the Mac n cheese.

This is like a grown up Putt-putt; a restaurant, bar, and arcade all in one. It’s been a while since I’ve been back but everything seems the same. Tons of arcade games and they also have a couple of pool tables. I know they have food and game specials if you buy it together. IMO that’s the only way to do D&B, otherwise the bill can as up quickly. Definitely a good place for a date or hangout with friends!
