Used to live in Arlington but now in Houston area, placed an order online for funeral flowers and I attended the funeral and the quality and finish look of the arrangement was very sub par. The final arrangement did not have the vitality of the picture and not as full.
I would recommend you going to another florist and skip Beverly Florist and get your money worth because you don’t get it here.

They are great on last minute help, and always greet you with a smile when you walk in their shop!

Used this florist for mother’s day in 2013 for family members who live in the area. Quality of the bouquet was absolutely horrible and, after an embarrassing telephone call with my relative who received the flowers, telephone service with this florist was ridiculous. Beverly’s refused to refund my money, employees were terribly rude; overall a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

This is the florist we use at my hospital when our employees or ill or have lost a loved one. They are always very friendly and helpful when I have called. They will also take credit cards over the phone and email you the receipt so that’s a plus.

After having a delivery issue, I contacted the florist with my complaint. The next morning, Beverly called to solve the problem. Within moments, she offered to send another arrangement free of charge. In this day and age, that is amazing. Kudos to her. She is the best in my book.
