I signed up for att broadband the other day and boy was that a mess! First they showed up to our house unannounced two hours after their four hour window. Luckily they caught my wife at home to open the door. Second they got everything working and it worked a whole eight hours… then it stopped… for four more days! Third they never called me to let me know how things were going or if they were working. I had to make numerous calls to see what the status was… with very little help on the other end. The techs that came out were just ok and didn’t even wear shoe covers like other service guys i have had out to the house. The rate they charge is pretty reasonable if you bundle with a cell phone but now i am wondering if it would be better to pay a little more and get good service!
