They are extremely rude here. Go to Autozone a mile down the road. After spending $ 370 at their location, Pedro didn’t even have the decency to be courteous or willingness to help.

There is something about the staff that you can feel the negativity and rudeness. Never willing to help nor advice .
I bought a pair of windshield whispers, and they sent a new guy to put them on. The windshield whispers came off in a week.

Today I stopped in to buy front rotars and pads for my car. Jason brought my items out and could hardly carry them himself as he rudely plopped them on the counter. After paying, he asked if I needed a bag… There is no way a bag could carry rotars. Second of all, I am a 22 year old 130lbs female. Good customer service would have been to ask me if I needed help to the car. Not to mention him huffing at every phone call. Definitely will not be back!
