Do not even attempt to go through the Drive-Thru around 2−4PM, especially during«happy hour» aka any size Ice Tea and Ice Coffee 99 cents. The line was far too backed up for evenings. I pulled up and was told to wait for a second, which was more like 5 minutes. When I finally pulled up to the drive thru window I asked why it took so long, and the young man told me that there were only 2 people working the entire store and that it was practically impossible for them to be able to cover both the drive thru, baskin-robbins, and the inside register all at once. Until the managerial staff, whoever they are, place at least 3 – 4 people working evenings, I will NOT be coming to this location. Busse is by far the better option in this case.

Staff is friendly. Store is spotless. Cozy atmosphere. And their coffee and donuts are out of this world. Mon thru Friday I’m in and out of the super fast drive thru with my dark roast or iced Carmel Macchiatto. You guys rock!

I like that place until today. I purchased Sesame Bagel which was probably few days old. It was hard and not eatable. If you have old product please do not sell it to customers! Maybe that’s why you have 2 star rating.

See that big sign advertising 2-scoop sundaes for $ 3.31? Read the fine print, and it’s REALLY small. That price is only good one day a month. Surprise! How about the other day when I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and I was the only customer in the store? The young lady at the counter told me to stand«over there» after ordering. Mystified, I looked around and then took one step to my right. She stood there waiting for a new customer. I stood«over there» waiting for my breakfast, which arrived in a few seconds. Gosh, I hope I did what I was supposed to do in order to receive my sandwich. Nothing like a little Simon Says first thing in the morning! The drive-thru is usually pretty good, but I won’t return for their strange, misleading version of counter service.

Okay, so here is the deal, I do not support corporate, HOWEVER, my boss wanted a coffee and this is where he wanted to go. I need my job so I agreed and he bought me a coffee. First off, I have been feeling a bit bloated if you will after the huge Italian fest my family and I shared the other day so the coffee helped, if you know what I mean. It was so gross, so cheap and I took 1 sip and that was it. …I ordered myself a Latte, horrible move. As I sat with my boss listening to him speak about numbers and such(CPAWORK)— I couldn’t help but to think which Latte was worse… this one of starbucks? I really do not know as they both taste like a burnt piece of rubber after a burnout in the water box at the track. Needless to say I couldn’t drink that crap. The service was typical, boring, no smiles, cold and slow. The donut Boss man got was, well, just a normal nothing special donut. I will never ever understand how and why people continue to support such garbage? I would rather go out of my way a few minutes for quality coffee than ever step foot in any of these places.AGAIN. F– next.

So I’m definitely a fan of Dunkin Donuts and I hate to admit it but I even like it more than Starbucks for a couple of reasons but mostly the price and the strength of the coffee. I don’t like to be wired on coffee so I I don’t like it extra strong and the strength at Dunkin is perfect for me. This location is nice because it’s usually on my way to some place so I stop here at least once a week. They have indoor seating which is nice if you want to have a coffee date with a friend or if you just want to grab a magazine and drink your coffee in peace. So the place is definitely spacious enough for my liking. Here’s what I’m eh about. The bathroom is usually missing paper towels which isn’t ideal since I don’t want to use toilet paper to wipe my hands and I’ve noticed this a few times by now. Also, last time I was here I wanted a sesame bagel and it was around 11:30am and they were sold out. I mean, really? Sold out before lunch time, that is not a plus. I did end up getting the wheat with my usual strawberry cream cheese but I was disappointed since it’s no sesame bagel. They should have enough or make more if they see they are low especially since it’s not the end of the day. There donut selection seems solid even though I will usually get one little munchkin(chocolate of course) and call it a day since no ones butt needs extra donuts. I usually just get my medium coffee decaf or regular with extra cream and sugar and it’s honestly my favorite ice coffee around, soooo much better than Starbucks for ice coffee. Oh and $ 2 for a coffee won’t break the bank so I don’t feel guilty coming in all the time. The ladies working at this location are friendly and always get me my food and or drink super fast so I never have to wait. I’ve also never been here when it was super busy. This location has a tv so if you want to watch something while you sip on your coffee that is also something you can do. It would be nice if they had drive through here but I’m cool with just walking in as long as they keep those bathrooms more tidy and never run out of sesame bagels. That’s all.

Pretty good for a Dunkin Donuts… you pretty much know what you’re getting. The key to this place is the staff is friendly no matter what, even when you go in there with a freebie coffee coupon. I’m starting to like the sandwiches and the ice cream, too. Oh, and the ice coffee is very good.

I don’t run on Dunkin. If I did, I’d be a decaf iced coffee with coconut and cream, Boston Kreme toting house of a Unilocaler. Yes, Dunkin is seemingly the most popular chain in the NW burbs, so they are *everywhere*…however, it’s nice to have a convenient drive through so close to home. And here’s what they do right: 1) Fast service 2) Friendly folks in the drive through 3) They make my coffee right. They haven’t made an error yet! That’s pretty huge. 4) Donuts and breakfast wraps are usually pretty damn fresh, as long as you procure it in the morning hours. Everyone needs a convenient little donut every once in a while…

It’s always hard to review chains. They were fast, pretty competent, and well, prices are prices. I just dropped $ on like 120 donuts for finals for my students and they got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. It’s clean and adjoins a Baskin Robbins. They also have a drive through.
