I just moved to The area Cindy’s was the closest to me.
Cindy Has NO customer Service Skills
Rude & Over priced almost double every where else
I do not mind paying if the job is done well.
1. The stains I paid almost $ 20.00 to remove are still their.
2. The pants Had fixed were not fixed properly.
3. The next day service was 3 DAYS to complete.
She was very Rude… i spend a lot of Money $ 40.00 to $ 50.00 a week Dry Cleaning my clothes
But I will not be spending at Cindy’s

This place is so expensive, when i came and asked her zipper fix price, she told me 15 $, but after when i came back she changed her mind 20 $, she is so inveterate

First, Cindy has a great customer service attitude. She is very knowledgeable and attentive to detail. She know her work inside and outside. She explained all her actions leaving me even more comfortable. I will not go anywhere else.

Cindy’s super nice. Everything is always ready when it’s promised to be ready and the hours of operation are great because I can drop stuff off before work or after work. Also it’s in a great location — close to grocery stores, banks, etc. — so it’s easy to stop by at Cindy’s while running other errands.

Cindy’s cleaners doeas a great job. I go there every two weeks. Affordable, quick and stuff is ready when you want it. I highly recommend this shop for alterations too.

If you like heavy starched shirts, this is a good place. Cindy raised prices by a lot when she took over from the previous owner then badmouthed his business practices. I miss the guy from before. I wont go back to Cindy. She also closed early one night without warning causing me to be without some items for Sunday. If there are alternate cleaners close by, choose them.
