Arden Hills St Croix Cleaners needs to work on customer service. A wedding professional recommended this chain for excellent gown preservation so I confidently brought my dress to my nearest location. From start to finish, my experience with the store manager was very poor with an unfriendly and surly attitude, which was surprising considering it’s a very expensive service. Unfortunately, she was not transparent on all the fees when I dropped off my gown, and was shocked when I picked it up that the cost was over $ 400 to preserve including the veil. Also, during my inspection visit, I noticed that they tore my veil so it was sent back to be repaired. When I asked if the tear was fixed at pick up, the manager replied that it should be if it’s boxed and issued no apology. When I spoke to the owner about my frustrating experience, she would not issue a refund for the unclear charges but rather gave me a dry cleaning credit for future use.
