I never review Starbucks because I find it to be a little pointless. Who hasn’t had it and everyone has their own favorite location and drinks. With that said, I still feel the need to review this particular one because I don’t get the negative reviews. It’s actually one of my fave. I’m reviewing it based on coming here in the morning during rush hour. I never had to wait more than 5 mins for my drink no matter how busy they are. The baristas here work super fast and they always get my drink right and make it just the way I like it. You would not believe how many times I’ve had to either throw away my entire drink or go back to ask them to remake it at other locations. I’ve never had any issues here. You must be wondering what drink I get and how complicated can it be? Well… I get a grande, shaken, light ice, coconut milk green tea latte, with an inch of soy and no sweetener. OR a tall hot coconut milk green tea latte with an inch of soy, no sweetener, no foam, extra hot. I’d say try my drink out but make sure you come to this location because they always make it right! Another bonus for this location is that there are plenty of parking in this plaza. It is easy to pull in and out and hop back onto the freeway too. I’m all about convenience and efficiency when it comes to Starbucks in the mornings!

Ordering from the #Starbucks mobile app is completely useless!!! You do not get your order in time ever! I’ve tried this so many times and the drinks never come out within the given timeframe. I always have to still wait for at least 10 minutes in store even when I order ahead of time. Dear Starbucks, why provide this service, that’s supposed to be convenient for people in a rush, if your baristas are not going to get the order in time and make the drinks in the give timeframe and make people who are already in a rush, wait even longer to get their drinks?!? There were two people waiting in line when I arrived at this Starbucks to get my order and I waited until both of them ordered and got their drinks and took a couple of other orders before I got my order. When I asked the barista after waiting about 8 minutes at the pick up section, he asked his coworker to give him the receipt. He didn’t even have my order!!! And even after he got the receipt/order from his coworker, he was in no hurry to make my order either! He made drinks for at least two other order before even starting on mine! With this kind of service, I mind as well just wait in line and order instead of using the stupid mobile app order function! Grr!!! Plus, this Starbucks in particular has really bad service! I love close by and I always dread coming here!

One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Always has been. But today marked it. The barista, Eric, is super sweet and friendly. I left my drink briefly, thought I was leaving so he called out to me to not forget. Didn’t get a chance to say thank you! Parking — pretty big Environment — relaxing

I purchased my 2 Starbucks cups as Christmas gifts few weeks ago, and I specially asked about the returning policy before I made the purchase. I was being told that as long as I have the receipt and do it within 60 days, I should be able to receive a full refund. When I went back(within two weeks) to return one of the cups and I was told that since the item is now on sale, they cannot give me a full refund. WITHOUTEVENTRYING they told me there is nothing they can do. This is not just one associate but the entire store. And if I insisted on a full refund, I will have to come back because the manager is not there. The biggest problem I have with this experience is the way how they handle the situation. The associates who helped me seem indifferent and unapologetic. When I mentioned that I specially asked if I can get a full refund before I made the purchase, I was told that they were unaware of the item would go on sale. This make no sense to me. The associate even told me that most likely the manager will not be able to give me a full refund. I end up going to the Starbucks a few blocks away, and guess what THEYWEREABLETOGIVEME A FULLREFUND. I actually left my number to have the manager call me back but he never did. Conclusion: AVIODTHISSTARBUCKSATALLCOST!!! Go to the one on 612 Huntington Dr., they are nicer and provides excellent customer service, and their coffee is equally good.

Looking for a specific mug and was greeted and helped by Wendy, who was extremely helpful! Went out of her way to help me out. Transaction was quick and painless. Without a doubt one of the better ones.

I usually come here on Fridays and Sundays, and parking isn’t too bad. The drinks are good, and I never have to wait too long for them(: If you’re in a hurry, you can always order your drinks online and come to pick it up! They have cell phone charging rings, which are useful; one time, this girl sitting next to me at the bar-like table asked me for the time since her phone died, but she was able to charge it and call her parents to pick her up. Yay! There is seating both inside and outside, and I have always been able to find a table to sit with my friends, no matter how busy Starbucks gets. If you sit outside, you’ll smell the food from the Japanese restaurant next door… but other than that, it’s pretty nice!

No complaints about this location. Everyone is friendly. I even noticed that the customers are super friendly. The drinks/baristas are consistent(thank goodness). My WCM is always yummy. It is always packed and not equipped with a drive thru for us lazy peeps :| It is definitely my favorite sb.

This Starbucks is usually great! From friendly baristas to perfect tasting coffee. However, the cashier working tonight lacks the people skills we all love so much from our Starbucks employees. Way too much attitude. Hoping my next visit is better.

Every morning before work I stop by this lovely Starbucks location! All I have to say is the staff is amazing! They are super sweet! The drinks they make are perfect as well! Since fall drinks are out, I’m obsessed with the pumpkin spice latte, and they make it perfect! One time they accidentally put in whip cream and they remade the whole drink for me when they didn’t have to and they let me keep the original one so I gave it to my coworker! I love the way the employees interact with the customers as if everyone is friends! The comfort they give me is worth it all! This is my go to Starbucks when I’m at work since its 25 minutes from my house by only 2 minutes away from work! I am here almost every morning getting my tasty drink and I love it! Their foods are very very fresh unlike other starbucks! One time I got a fruit bowl from sunland and the fruit was old! Thank you Starbucks team, you all are great!

This review is strictly for the customer service I received this morning my first time using the mobile order app… SUPER convenient — ordered my drinks and was ready at the bar for me when I walked in within 5 minutes of my order processing while I was… driving…I mean parked on the side of the road. I don’t drive and use my phone, of course not. I walked in and went toward the pick-up section of the bar. As soon as I approached to grab my order, a barista shouted out THANKYOU, OPHELIA! HAVE A GREATDAY! That totally was sweet and made my day. The little things! She didn’t have to acknowledge me, but she did and did it in an awesome fashion. I wish I had gotten her name. She took the time to look for and remember my name and address me when I walked in. ABOVEANDBEYOND customer service. Thank you, Barista for your kickass attitude and for making my morning :)

Pretty good Starbucks location. Parking is hard to get during lunchtime as theres a few dining places in the same center but if you’re patient these baristas are really fast and really friendly. I’ve never had a problem with waiting or with my order at this place.

This location has very slow service. Not only were they slow, but they also messed up my order. All I asked for was a grande iced coffee with half and half. Not very difficult. Next time, I’d probably just drive an extra block or two to get to another Starbucks with better service. I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for an iced coffee. On the plus side, they have wireless charging rings here for your phones! Very neat!

After the recent remodel this place is totally… Not great. The staff is friendly and courteous, drinks are made well, and it’s close to my work and paths of travel around Arcadia. But the entire experience of purchasing coffee here elicits the same emotional response as visiting the home of your high school girl friend’s parents. Let’s start with parking. I drive a big truck, but even if I drove a Fiesta, parking would be tough here. The small lot with no right angles and several sharp turns requiring non-ballistic motion is often unnerving with clueless drivers who don’t bother with trifles like signaling and mirror use. Street parking is a better bet, but not for availability– just less likely to get backed into. Once inside the Starbucks, the line queue– even with the remodel– is still counterintuitive. I’m never sure where to stand while waiting for my drink either, so I usually go stand too close to someone and invade his or her personal space. Claustrophobia much? This place is small. Patrons look at me like I should’ve taken off my shoes for entering their home, the way they cling to the limited number of tables and chairs like Malibu beachfront real estate. There’s a much more convenient Starbucks a couple blocks down on Huntington in Monrovia. Same fare, no nightmare. If I have an extra three minutes, this is always an easy pass.

It’s Starbucks so… — lines are long all day — unisex bathroom was filthy — not as filled with students as other locations, so it was nice to find a seat and sit down — staff were friendly — parking was decent — drinks were consistent — name spelled correctly(yes, can you believe it?! LoL)

Came here for a quick coffee fix on my way home, this location was right off the 210 purge to for me. It took me 10 sec to order and my drink was ready right away. Although the store was busy the barista took no time to make my drink just the way I wanted. I left happy and ready to take on the hideous traffic that was upon me. I will stop by again that’s for sure :))

I’m not a fan of this particular Starbucks location, but since it’s close to my work I’ve been coming here regularly since 2011. The parking lot is cramped and there’s never anywhere to sit. There are a few tables both inside and outside as well as some bar stools by the window inside. The old layout was horrible and the line was usually out to the door, but now that they’ve remodeled, the line flows better. The only small problem I still have with the layout during busy times is that after you’ve paid and are waiting for your order, there’s no where to stand to wait for it when it’s crowded inside. I guess you could stand by the counter where the sugar and napkins are(then people will ask you if you are in line) or by the window where the stools are(then you feel like you are invading someone’s personal space). HAH… oh well. Anyway, since my friends at work like to walk here, they’ll usually ask me if I want anything or I’ll just take a stroll with them here. Occasionally, I’ll get the yogurt blueberry muffin, breakfast sandwich, or a Mocha Frappaccino or something. Again, nothing special about this Starbucks… coffee is okay and a bit pricey. Their staff is friendly and knows some of my coworkers by name. I know a few people who get one everyday and I can’t imagine spending $ 25+ a week on just a cup of coffee. Glad I have my Keurig at home. :) 172⁄100 Reviews for 2014
