Let’s make it simple. A couple week ago, I had problem with the bathroom mirror with black grey spots. I called a couple places and no one were willing to come out for service.
I called Slater. Cindy was so… helpful gave an estimated over the phone then immediately sent Ivan to come out for the accurate measurement. Due to my work schedule, Cindy was able to arrange the «A» team Ivan and Gilbert back to replace the bathroom mirror the next day. The customer service is exceeded my expectation and the product as well.

My review is for Nick, he is an awesome client of mine, but he is also so knowledgeable in his field, that if you need any windows, shower doors, glass office walls etc… Slater Glass & Mirror is the best for the job.

I just needed to have one of our windows replaced and that’s exactly what they did… and they did it professionally, quickly, reasonably, and with great customer service! Since we don’t get our windows replaced regularly, I had no idea who to trust so I went on Unilocal and I was lucky enough to find Slater Glass. Hope you folks choose them too!

Cindy was helpful. She gave an ‘estimated’ quote over phone based on my exact measurements and exact product and service I was looking for. When called back to pay and place order, the guy asked for 25% more.

I needed to get a 3 pieces of glass cut to put on top of 3 different sized tables. I found Slater here on Unilocal and called to get a quote. Cindy, who answered the phone, was super friendly, very helpful and confidently knowledgable, making recommendations on the edges, corners, thickness, etc. The best part was that the 3 pieces were ready the next day and was much less than I was expecting to pay. Great experience all around!

My dog decided to get ferocious and try to eat the gardner’s leaf blower. In the process, he busted out one of my living room windows. I called Slater’s on a whim to get someone to repair, they called me back first thing the next morning and set up an appointment around my work schedule to get the repair done. The guy showed up early, prepared, and though I had given inaccurate info about the window to them, he was still able to fix it no problem. And it was not expensive! Thank you Slater’s!
