This DD is easily the slowest DD in America. Pulling up to a drive through line with 2 cars in front of you is usually a good thing. Not here. I am not sure exactly what they are doing in there, but I am writing this review at the order sign and it’s been 5 minutes. It took 15 for the 2 cars in front of me. I love the location as its near my house and the coffee is always good but the service is awful. Get you nicest, fastest, clear spoken person and have them run the drive through. Still waitingggggg

Not a fan of this location. The counters are really dirty, trash and powered sugar(or something) scattered over all the counters. As others have said, they were out of one item we ordered, then couldn’t make our second choice because the machine wasn’t working. There should have been more employees working as they had a long wait in the drive thru and inside. Having a hard time finding a good DD these days.

I frequent this Dunkin’ Donuts location daily since it is so close to my home, but I am seriously considering putting an immediate end to that. At this point, I’d much rather spend more time/gas going to a different location if it means that they will actually get my order correct. My order is very simple and it never changes; yet, I receive a completely different looking drink every single day. I normally order a medium iced coffee with«light cream and light sugar.» To be more specific, I have worded it as «a little cream and a little sugar.» When that didn’t work I even tried«just a bit of cream, and one pump of liquid sugar.» Even when they repeat my order back to me, they still make the drink incorrectly. It’s surprising to me that the drink is made differently everyday, being that it is made by the same 2 people. My frustration with this place is overwhelming. Today was probably my last morning at this location, unless I am extremely desperate or running late for work one morning. Even then, I may just decide to skip coffee that day.

I was disappointed to go into this DD at 6:30am and find a limited selection of donuts and appeared to be day old. I would expect early in the day to find freshly made donuts. Usually we go to Krispy Kreme in Raleigh, but it just isn’t as convenient. They always have freshly made donuts. DD is just a fast food big chain quality. Next time I’ll make the 20 min trak to Krispy Kreme.

This is by far the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to. I would give it zero stars if I could. I have been there twice to order coffee, and each time the service was terrible and the coffee was even worse. Apparently, cream means half a cup of cream with a splash of coffee on top and dark roast means no cream and sugar. Last time I checked, that’s black coffee. I actually had to explain this to them. Always a terrible experience and I will never be going back.

John N. If this is one of the better DD in the area then were shit out of luck. Good customer service but the food isn’t how a good DD should be. Everything’s either cold or burnt. And the coffee is never good. I’m not one to complain. I just speak the truth. It’s bad coffee and bad food :(. I’ve tried going here many times and it doesn’t change. Try the iced coffee. You’ll get a shot of sugar at the bottom. And some old coffee on top. I give one star for customer service. They are friendly.

I don’t know what happened to this place… They’ve always been pretty confused at the drive thru but their food and donuts I thought were always pretty delicious… then last night around 8 pm my husband brought home a whole box of donuts… two each of different varieties… and NONE of them were fresh! The two pumpkin cream ones were rock hard! I mean as soon as I tried to pick it up I knew. Seriously? An employee felt that and still put them in the box? I still took a small bite out of curiosity and it was so gross, like something that sat in a refrigerator absorbing other smells and flavors. I took bites of several others and non of them were fresh. They seemed to range from one to three days old. I don’t think getting them at 8pm had anything to do with it either because he got a box over a month ago when we had a party at the same time and those had all been excellent. even the next day! So I don’t know… this was beyond what I could consider giving a 2nd chance to… a whole box… I’m done with this place. This is supposed to be their specialty!

Stood at the counter, waiting for one of the 4 employees to wait on us. Every employee was focused on waiting on customers at the drive thru and stocking up. In fact as we were leaving an order was taken instantly at the drive thru. We were assured that they would be right with us, to no avail, 4 pm and my son and I were the only ones in the place. I know that most qsr’s are tracked and an important part of the quality is the drive thru times, the customer standing at the counter should be just as important and the service response should be equal. I would understand if it was early in the morning and the place was busy. The drive thru times must be fantastic, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

This is THEWORST Dunkin Donuts I have EVER been to!!! I’ve started driving 10 miles(5 in each direction) to get my coffee from the Cary location. The employees in Apex are unprofessional and border on rude. The iced coffee sits around WAYTOLONG and is usually bitter as can be. I wish DD headquarters would take this store back from the franchise owner. This owner gives DD a bad reputation!

This is actually one of the better ones in the area. Their donuts and drinks are almost always five star. The problem is they are rarely ever fully stocked after 9am on weekends. If there is ever a problem with your order, they don’t necessarily have the friendliest and capable enough employees to reconcile. It might just be me but I always want to get my food and get out of there.

Super friendly service! I just popped in for coffee and the employees were so nice and friendly! My kids and I have been in a handful of times in the past and we’ve always received great service. I’m not a big donut fan, but my kids love their donut holes and I feel like they’re the perfect size for a treat every once in a while. I ordered drip coffee with french vanilla syrup and it was great. I’ve also had the egg white breakfast sandwich and it’s pretty good as well. My order is always correct and I’m always pleasantly surprised with my overall experience.

Great coffee! Shit service Great muffins! Shit food Fast Drive-Thru! Shit donuts Get the picture. Coffee almost always on point. Hash browns are awesome. Outside of that — always inconsistent. Drives me up an f’ing wall. Sometimes sausage is cooked all the way. Sometimes not. Sometimes it tastes good. Sometimes it’s the oddest texture. Sometimes the croissant is toasted all the way. Sometimes it is actually doughy. And if the donuts get any smaller they’ll just start calling them munchkins. All that aside. How hard is it to call out orders by the receipt number. Like the Cary location. You know the good DD on 55& High House. Too difficult? Ok, then lets just yell out what you ordered. That’s make total sense I’m positive that no one else in the place ordered a f’ing bagel. Or maybe they did and took yours instead even though you ordered it about 5 minutes before them. And maybe that happened 3x in one month. P. S. The manager kid there is psycho. He must have finally snapped one day because he ended up yelling at his cashier in front of everyone. I wanted to punch him square in his face.

Eh, I have to completely disagree with any positive review(s) written about this place. I was scheduled to Raleigh for meetings for about a month or so — which meant no Starbucks in route — therefore, dunkin donuts became the quickest option, *sigh*. My coffee was almost always made incorrectly(I even tried switching it up, to make my orders easier for them). They burnt the heck out of my bfast sandwich one morning, making it un-edible(see attached picture), which finally prompted me to contact the owner and manager. Ultimately, I was shuffled around and they had an extremely lackluster response — basically — they told me(yes, Al literally told me) that my bad experience was unique and 95% of his other customers were always happy. Whatever that meant. I was simply looking for a refund, which never happened :-/ Very odd and extremely poor customer service experience. I will certainly never visit this store again. Unfortunately, DD is franchised out, which means the corporate office will do very little in bad customer service situations… ultimately, it’s up to the owner. This owner owns 2 locations, and obviously isn’t that concerned with taking the time to make individual customers happy. I certainly won’t be contributing to his pocket anymore.
