Subway

The worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Why does a business need any star to complete a review. This Subway needs a Thumbs down with a NO STAR review. These 2 young females working at this location need to be trained in every aspect especially Customer Service. We walked in around 8ish on a Sunday night, neither of the girls greeted us and they acted as if our business was a hassle. The glass above the food was extremely filthy along with the meat/​cheese and vegetable bins which were also dirty. I almost came across the counter on one of them as she disrespected my dad. He asked for extra cheese, as she proceeded to continue on with his sandwich without the extra cheese, he asked again and her response was «I heard you» as a former Subway employee I took pride in being a sandwich artist, there are many people who need jobs to support their families and these 2 young girls did NOT represent the company or the Manager/​Owner well. Do yourselves a favor and order a pizza or head on down to the Subway by Walmart.

I’ve looked at the last 2 reviews and obviously, the manager did too. The employees are nice and helpful. Everything is sanitary and tastes fresh. They greet you and say goodbye when you are coming in and out. I would invite friends and defiantly come back.

All I wanted was to buy some cookies. I entered the store last night and told the lady behind the counter, «I just need cookies.» There was a couple in front of me that were getting their sandwiches made in front of me by another worker. Knowing that I came in just for some cookies, the lady proceeds to ring the couple up and ask if they needed anything else to which they say «yes, we will take 4 cookies…» and proceeded to clean out the remaining oatmeal raisins and double chocolate chip.
To may dismay, I WAS LEFT WITH THREE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES. No white macadamia nut, no choc chip, no raspberry cheesecake!!! Do I want to be stuck with just peanut butter cookies; is that why I came in to make a purchase???
The staff failed to keep an ample stock of cookies for customers, they also failed to take care of a customer in a timely fashion– I was ready to promptly spend my money while the couple in front of me were still having their sandwiches made. And worst of all, the staff let the couple be a**holes and claim all the remaining cookies sans peanut butter, thus providing me with one of the worst fast food experiences in my life, when all I wanted was some cookies.
I will never visit this location again in my life and will make sure to tell all my friends and relatives my horrible experience so that they will be sure to avoid this location as well.

Do not go here. Both guys who work here are rude, perverted, lazy, and just downright obnoxious. We waited for 10 minutes while one guy stood there joking and making rude gestures with a customer and the other made the sub. Then they proceeded to cough and not cover their mouths while they made our subs. I would recommend just going to the one a mile away by the WalMart. I am only giving this one star because I have to.
