Domino’s Pizza

I have ordered multiple times from this dominos. When I say multiple, I’ve lived in Antioch for a decade now and I order plenty of pizza. I usually don’t write reviews but I’m just fed up with this Dominos. I’m not a difficult or hard order and I never order something from Dominos that they don’t carry.
I order a Sausage and hot sauce pizza. That’s it. And 9 out of 10 times the hot sauce is forgotten. Now it may not be for everyone but it’s what I enjoy. I’ve left so much feedback on both the Dominos app and website and I have never once heard anything from them and I have yet to see a definitive change. Every now and then a pizza will have hot sauce but I’ve never had two orders in a row from this Dominos be correct. I’ve paid for sauce and not gotten it and had to wait almost an hour just to get it. Now mind you I’ve never had a problem with the drivers or the delivery people, they’re always willing to run back to fix it but at the same time it then takes them 20 – 45 minutes just to get back. I’m not even 10 minutes away from the store.
The sad thing is that Dominos offers the feedback option but they don’t do jack about it.

This is the nicest dominos I’ve seen. Newly remodeled and the smells are fantastic. I’m a teacher and they opened a half hour early so I could order pizza for my students. Really great of them!

I love the pizza here and it’s really affordable. I’ve never had a problem and the delivery people are very nice

This domino’s is beyond disappointing. I was stolen from and lied to. I ordered two pizza’s on-​line and paid with a credit card. My Fiancé went in to pick up the pizza’s and advised him that the credit card didn’t go through and he had to pay in cash. My Fiancé paid, came home and advised me that he had paid for the pizza in cash. I immediatly check my bank account to see that I had been in fact billed for the pizza as well on my credit card. I contacted the store, they recognized their error and offered to send a delivery person over with the cash they owed me. 1 hour they told me they would show up. I waited to hours and tired to called back but no one answered my phone call. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP WITH MY MONEY. I PAID 25 BUCK FOR $ 12 BUCKS WORTH OF PIZZA THAT ISN’T THAT GREAT TO BEGIN WITH. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS AWFUL PRIVATELY OWEND DOMINO’S AGAIN. THERE ARE ENOUGH PIZZA PLACES IN ANTIOCH.
