Good:
1. Cheaper rent
2. Washer/​dryer in units
Bad:
1. Never any guest parking or parking if your household has 2 cars
2. Constantly smells like weed, cigarette smoke or animal feces (neighbors let their dogs poop on their cement patio, which in the summer smells awful)
3. Gym only open during office hours
4. Your neighbors will not follow noise rules about quiet after 10:00 pm (they will get into arguments at 2 am, or will play really load music so your walls vibrate)
5. Water bill is nearly $ 70 each month as the bill is split up for the entire apt complex rather than your actual usage.
6. Thieves have easy access inside gate to break into your car. (Called cops a few times)
7. Rent goes up each time lease is up
8. Living room is always dark. Unless you open up your 1 window. But then your neighbors can see you inside. So you have no privacy.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all;
— people don’t pick up their dog’s mess, even though the apartments have bag stations all over. The apartments don’t in force it so the place smells like crap.
— even with a lock on your patio, there are lurkers around that will enter your patio and steal your things
— there’s NEVER any parking, they give one reserved spot per unit (some aren’t even covered)
— during the winter the Windows have lots of excess moisture so the window sills have mold.
— the water billing is ridiculous, it’s not based on what you actually used. They split the water usage between the entire unit and base it off of how many adults live in your unit, which is probably more then what some people are using.

Don’t ever move here! The rent goes up $ 50+ after your lease is up.
They have alot of car break in’s and patio theft. They have security but only in the summer to make sure u don’t have more than 2 guest in the swimming pool, not to protect their residents.
They let people have pets (cats & dogs) but don’t hold up the leasing agreement to keep the grounds clean. This place smells like shit everywhere u walk because these stupid residents don’t know how to clean up or not made to clean up after their pets.
They need new and updated appliances. Washers only have one speed.
The gate is always broken in some kind of way.
They need to replace their sprinklers. When they cut on at like 2 am they wake you up because they are so loud.
You have to pay for water in an apartment. They claim they base it on the entire complex. How unfair is that? We pay over $ 70 a month for water and I don’t even use that much water. So unfair!
Only a couple good things about this place. Good space for an apartment w/​washer and dryer and u r able to choose to paint your walls but u won’t be able to live here long because the rent goes up so much after your lease is over.

The manager Geoffrey is a total prick. Ok I get it only two guests are allowed per resident. But the way he went about it was totally uncalled for. Sorry I had 4 children swimming. The pool was totally empty and I had to tell these kids that just got in the pool to «get out»? Come on now.
The first floor patios get no cover from the rain so I put a tarp over it and was asked to remove it. So everything in the patio gets soaked and I can’t do anything about it.
I have an irregular sleep schedule but these guys aren’t considerate about that one bit. They make sure the loud broken sprinklers come on every two hours and the maintenance uses the leaf blower, oh yeah and they’re sure to blow everything onto your vehicle and in your patio.
There is virtually no free parking here, so when I invite guests over, believe me; they’re walking.
Bottom line this was the worse apartment I’ve ever rented. The worse experience ever. I have four months on my lease and it’s dragging. Management leaves your packges unattended at times and basically, this place just sucks.
The washer machines are so outdated your electric bill will run you like a marathon, same goes for th. AC.
The rent is cheap and I guess you get what you pay for right? Wrong. You end up paying a couple hundred extra in utility bills. What a rip off I tell ya.
I hope this review keeps potential residents away because you will not enjoy it here, believe me. If you see this place, keep on driving and never turn back!
