Paola Giorello Bakes

Paola is absolutely amazing! She is such a great person to work with and her cakes are incredible! Both in taste and design!
I will try not to write a novel on here, but I just can’t be thankful enough about how helpful and amazing Paola was to us!
My husband and I got married last month and had to find someone to do our wedding cake/​cupcakes last minute, due to our original plan falling through. We found Paola’s page online and contacted her. She was super fast to respond and was immediately asking questions so that she could cater to our needs. She did not make us feel rushed or like an inconvenience like a bunch of others did (since we had a little less than a month before the wedding, at this point). Anyway, long story short, we did our taste test with her and chose the flavors we wanted (so hard bc everything was delicious!) We gave her our colors and she worked with us step by step from texting me little reminders to make sure I had the cupcake tiers and just keeping us in the loop with progress and anything else. Which was unbelievably helpful to a bride and groom during crunch time and when it was so easy to forget those important details.
Moral of the story: You will not go wrong choosing Paola for your cakes!

Paola is awesome! I wanted Reece’s peanut butter cupcakes for my boyfriends birthday last minute. Luckily she was able to take my order with such short notice! I wanted them filled with peanut butter, buttercream icing, and bits of Reece’s cups to top them off. They were delicious, birthday boy was happy :) I will def order more custom baked goods from Paola again!

Paola makes awesome cakes! She has made two cakes for me and did a fabulous job. Both were complicated and intricate and she nailed them (one was a patriotic theme and one was a Harley Davidson theme for a friend’s 50^th birthday).
Each time I have gone to place an order Paola has asked for ideas about what I would like and gets details about what kind of cake and icing combinations I prefer. She finds out how many people the cake will need to serve and quotes a reasonable price based on my order. She has the cakes ready on time and always takes great care to package them up for me so they survive the trip home.
She is extremely talented and is the person I will go to from now on to get my cakes for special occasions! She does such a great job that I try to look for excuses to celebrate and get her to make me a cake. People are always so impressed by her creations! She is a great person and a very talented baker!
