Love coming here for the French fries & wings! So good. Also, fun place to watch football on Sunday’s!

I came here with some family for a late Saturday afternoon lunch. We all enjoyed our sandwiches(burger for my brother, shrimp po boy for my mom, and I had the kalua pork sliders.) Service was a little slow(but the restaurant was also packed…), but it was a comfortable place to wait. I wasn’t blown away by the food. Prices were high, and while portions were large, the types of food primarily being served do not lend themselves well to leftovers(for example: large portions of shoe string fries…) We all agreed that the breads used for our respective sandwiches were quite good.

Where to dine on the porcine… «We’re all about bacon here. Yes, it’s in the seafood chowder but also the tomato soup!» commiserated the server who shared my vegetarian sentiments. My green salad was basic but very fresh! I was hoping for steak fries but received shoestring fries that were on the string side of things and doubly salted. That’s saying something as I adore salt. My portobello sandwich was seemingly quite small though the focaccia was filling(isn’t that cheating a little?), artfully imagined and constructed, but tasted so strongly of meat that I felt like I’d licked a hamburger grill. The non-meat selection was sparse to begin with, so help me out here folks. They no longer have the salmon sliders I remember enjoying. But I remember really liking the mac & cheese a few years ago. I’ve been a few times and the service is always really great but the place is usually pretty empty. I love the Dr. Seuss quotes on the walls. The food has always been a notch above just good but the restaurant rarely comes to mind when I’m trying to think of where to eat. There’s a good chance you won’t be disappointed if you can remember their traditional American offering. Bacon all around!

Not a good place for vegetarians/vegans. I write this review because it was promised by management during its inception. If they increased their options and kept promises I would reconsider this review post. The do have a nice beer selection though.

Solid spot not too far from my house. There is a healthy handful of things on the menu they do exceptionally well, the bar is well stocked, good to great draft beer selection and now that crossbar is closed it’s one of the few solid places in midtown to get a reasonably priced well done meal with a drink. Perfect spot for dinner before a movie, or when you’re not ready to spend an hour waiting for a table at Mooses tooth. Terrific spot for a quick lunch, friendly staff and good service. It’s a bit noisy, and can get a bit crowded on prime movie nights, but overall a reliable option for a good meal.

This is our late night dessert and drink spot… after a movie, before a movie, making the most of the last few babysitter minutes. Crème brûlée sampler is fun, strawberry pie is great, and I’m sure there a few other desserts I’ve spaced. I am not a huge cocktail guy, but unexpectedly, my favorite part of a visit here is ordering the mixed drink specials. I’ve tried an orange julius, cherry 7-up, and a bunch of others and really enjoyed them all. We have eaten full meals here a few times over the years as well and the food holds up just fine against the midrange Anchorage standard(i.e. Seward’s Folly, Spenard Roadhouse, etc).

You’ve probably been near this place a dozen times and never even realized it. It’s pretty well hidden in the Midtown Madness. It has a full bar, cool ambiance*, and a huge lunch crowd. I went for lunch and got their version of a BLT. It was pretty good and the service was pretty quick. It was a bit spendy for lunch though. This seems like it could be a really cool late night spot, apparently they close at 10pm though. This part of town is pretty hard up for good bars with full alcohol. I need to come back for dinner(or maybe just drinks) and re-evaluate!

Delicious. I had the salmon spread and the nachos. So good. They definitely don’t give you enough bread crisps for the salmon spread though. Also if you get a full order of the nachos be prepared to take it home, it’s massive! The drinks are fairly decent. Margs come in a pint glass and the pomtini was fabulous. I’d go back, and recommend for a fun evening, or sports watching as the place is packed with TVs.

I visited Table 6 twice within a week. The first time was with a date for dinner. That experience was very pleasant. The service was attentive and friendly. The food was very good. My second experience was on a Sunday morning with friends to watch football. That experience was substandard. The service was aloof and indifferent. The food was very good. So…you tell me? How would you rate such a Jekyll/Hyde restaurant?

We enjoyed this place. My husband and I were searching for some where to go to lunch that wasnt too expensive. We arrived at table6. I was impressed with the décor, it was fun and they have a lot of cute wildlife paintings. We were seated right away. My husband ordered a beer and I a raspberry mimosa. We both decided on food and ordered. My husband enjoyed a Caesar salad and the noodle dish which seemed like their version of pad thai. I had the fork and knife which is essentially a grilled cheese with tomato soup. I really enjoyed the soup, the grilled cheese not so much. My hubs decided dessert was necessary so we ordered the brownie. Only to discover it was huge. My brownie came and so did my husbands. His had a hair in the ice cream — ick! The waiter took it back and in 15 minutes a new brownie came out. I was sort of surprised that it wasnt taken off our check, but we were enjoying our time, so it didnt matter too much. My husband would describe this place as like red robin, but a little nicer. My only wish is that they had a turkey burger!

First, people will tell you about all the great food there is in Anchorage and for the most part its a lot of hype. Anchorage has its great, its meehhhh, and its Nopes! But Table 6 is not one of those places. This spot is legit, excellent service, quiet and relaxed atmosphere, clean with plenty of seating, visually pleasing unlike a lit of questionable places in Anchorage. What I really enjoyed most are their burgers, pretty much melt in your mouth. My recommendation whatever burger you get go ahead and go the extra mile… add the bacon, its good for you, and get a yummy fried egg on top while you’re at it. Table 6 has the best burgers in town in a clean friendly environment. Tommy’s is good if you’re comparing but Table 6 is better. Get you some!

I give this 4 stars because the cblta was really good but the chicken tasted a bit off. The lemonade is really good. The cheese burger is amazing. The French fries are really small but really good. And the brûlée sampler was really good.

I get what I always get when I go here … Great friendly service and the Bubbles & Squeak !!! You know what else is better than, sautéed cabbage, black beans topped with bacon, two potato pancakes and two poached eggs with hollandaise — when you break that poached egg and the runny yolk comes out — it’s a perfect bite with the black beans and cabbage. Most recently was there for brunch Saturday on my Birthday — we had Bloody Mary’s with our entrees and our daughter got a Philly cheese steak she loved with their thinly sliced onion rings! Enjoy — great place out and it was busy!

Went here for lunch yesterday. This was my first time and was at the suggestion of a friend. Overall, the atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly but seemed a little green on the experience side. I ordered their Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It was very good and the fries were these different little skinny shoestring fries that were not too bad. I would have to say though as far as the value for the price goes I think this place is a little on the high side pricing wise which is the only reason it didn’t get 4 stars. I don’t mind paying a little extra for good food, but Table 6 did not stand out enough here to justify what they were charging. It was $ 120 for 4 of us with tip. But I do believe a second trip is in order because the food was descent :)

Hmmmm… anyone wondering why they scored poorly in the Restaurant Inspection Scores of 2015? And by poorly I mean lower than the majority of joints in Anchorage… seemed like most restaurants scored in the 90’s & the few remaining in the 80’s — including T6, were the the lowest scores. T6’s score is en par with the joint serving up questionable food known as Asian Gardens, the«better have a toilet nearby» Village Inn & one(that’s right just one — all others scored well into the 90’s) Subway. Should I be worried that Taco Bell scored much higher than T6… hmmmmmmm…

Went here on a recommendation of a friend. Great, great, great! Blackened Wild Sockeye Salmon with a strawberry Salsa. Who Knew? The service was great, atmosphere… awesome. Loved it.

The«A-OK» Unilocal 3-star seems pretty appropriate for this joint. I can’t really figure out what they’re trying to be. There is a full bar, a good amount of TVs with sports on them, fancy wall dividers that are actually hung from the ceiling and don’t touch the ground, 80s music, an Elvis poster in the restroom, and a rocket-ship cheeseburger painted on the wall next to a Dr. Seuss quote. I’m intrigued… The menu is rather extensive with the standard bar-fare options such as wings, nachos, chips, salsa and guac(made in-house) along with some interesting sandwich creations, entrees, and salads. I went with the special, Korean BBQ prawns in red curry sauce with rice. My dining partner got the CBLT and sweet potato fries. The major issue I had, which I observed some other tables around us also having, was that our food took a long time to come out. From order placement to reception I would estimate we waited 30 minutes, possibly longer. Fortunately, we had chips and salsa to keep us occupied for part of that time, but the wait definitely reached that awkward stage where you kind of start looking around and staring at the kitchen entrance. The food, once we got it, was really good. But it was also the source of my second issue: portion size. The special was much less than I expected, and the sandwich we got was also on the small side. But, as I said, really tasty. The hostess, our server, and who I presume was the manager, were all extremely friendly and quick to take care of us. I give a strong 3 star review with the intention of trying this place again. I feel there is a lot of potential here, with the large menu, extensive alcohol selection, and happy hour specials, for this to become a regular stop for me. It just seems that they’re still figuring things out.

We only went for drinks and dessert We had the crème brûlée sampler which was adorable and delicious! The beers on tap were good as well. If you enjoy a shandy, the seasonal brew this month was super good! It was very cold in the restaurant and that’s my only complaint

I received great customer service here today. They accidentally gave my food away to another table so I waited a good 25 – 30 mins for my sandwich. Being a part time server myself, I didn’t want to complain. The server ended up comping my sandwich without me even saying anything. I really appreciated that gesture. This is an awesome place to grab lunch. They have a variety of soups, salads, burgers and sandwiches. They even have pasta! The food is pretty delicious and very affordable. I love their thin fries, and they’re super crispy. Looks like they have a full bar as well! Great place to spot for some drinks and appetizers while catching a game :)
